I am amazed at how great this CloudMassage works and feels on my legs and feet. I’ve been experiencing pain, swelling and discomfort in my legs for years. This is partly because I’ve sat in a wheelchair all day long for the past 30 years. I cannot stand or move my legs. My lack of mobility causes a lot of pain and swelling in my legs and feet. I am also diabetic and have signs of diabetic neuropathy, which causes pain and sleepless nights. I needed to increase my blood flow circulation and help in reducing the swelling in my legs and feet. I have gone to numerous doctors, homeopathic, holistic, physical therapist and other health professionals, in search of relief. I was told to move more, elevate my legs, get exercise and other things that I could not do because of my other health issues, pain level, limited time and funds. All of this has cost me a lot of time and money, yet I found no real solution, until now. I found my solution by doing my own research. As I researched, ways to alleviate the problems that I was having with my tired, painful, swollen legs and feet, I came across the concept of Shiatsu massage. As I learned more about Shiatsu massage, I found out that this is an ancient form of massage that is even older then acupuncture and actually works on the pathways that run throughout the body. Shiatsu sounded like something that could help me. But as I called around, I found out that going to someone for weekly Shiatsu massage was a costly endeavor, costing on average $89.00 per visit. Who has that kind of money to spend every week? I know that I don’t! Finally, when I came across the CloudMassage on Amazon I thought, this might be my solution. It could totally eliminate the need for a professional and could give me a much-needed deep massage in the comfort and convenience of my own home. Shiatsu actually means finger pressure. Now, I have my solution, it’s the CloudMassage. The CloudMassage’s therapeutic deep kneading, compression pressure and heating features felt as if I was being massaged. It felt like fingers were gently massaging my legs and feet. I love the fact that the CloudMassage makes the settings so easy to use. I was able to adjust the massage level and intensity to fit my needs. The CloudMassage machine is also very easy to position and adjust in several ways, by just moving the adjustable bar. My favorite feature has to be the heat settings, which will come in handy during the cold winters. I also love the fact that I can share the CloudMassage with other family members. My mom and I live together, so I asked her to try the massager. Her legs are painful and ache due to varicose veins and years of standing at her job. I swear that when she tried it and fail asleep that was a miracle because she’s high energy and never sits down even in her senior years. Mom says that it felt as if someone was massaging her legs and feet, which relaxed her body. I know that this is a very long review, but I feel that this CloudMassage is such an exceptional product that I just had to write my thoughts. I think that if you have pain in your legs or feet, swelling, poor circulation, diabetic neuropathy, or have tired legs or feet, due to standing, sitting or walking too long this CloudMassage may be the solution that you’ve been searching for.

A nice home facility for those of us, needing frequent deep tissue feet massage. This equipment so far seems to have a robust design for a stable and an all effective performance. The massage variety options ( with a remote) are bound to lead the user to a happy relaxed ( feet) path. Gladly I recommend for those aspiring frequent feet massage in the comfort of a home.

My boyfriend works in retail where they are old fashioned and believe, to the detriment of their employees, that sitting once during a 10 hour shift means they are lazy and worthless. Like many other people in his expensive shoes that are made for standing all day but don't quite help entirely, he was coming home with feet so sore that he was unable to use them upon returning home. I hated seeing him in so much pain. His feet were so sensitive from the pain that when I attempted to massage them by hand, it was impossible to touch them, even gently. I first got him one of those manual wooden hippie foot massagers that look like an abacus kind of. It wasn't enough and it wasn't comfortable to use. So I started next to look at something more heavy duty like this, and we're both so glad we did. I was sold when I saw a review on here from a nurse who was on their feet all day and found relief through this product. So I'm here to pay it forward for the next person considering something like this because it really did help so so much. We give this product 5 stars, but we'd give it more if we could. He uses it 3 times a day and now his shifts are more bearable. His feet still hurt at the end of his shift, which we all know that good shoes and good insoles can only help so much with, but now that he comes home and uses this, the pain is not an issue anymore overall because after using this machine his feet feel much better. He uses it 3 times a day even on days when he is off work. He keeps it at his desk and turns it on while he's gaming. The remote that comes with it is handy for this device. In just 15 minutes, he goes from groaning about how bad his feet hurt back to normal, and I am so happy. Even on the lowest settings, if you are someone who is not used to regular foot massages, this machine will take time to get used to. We both started out not using the inflatable pressure part that sways your feet because that made things more intense than we could handle at first; now he uses it at full blast on every setting comfortably. We both wish the vibrations for the heel of feet were a little stronger but it still feels great. I have used it on my calves and that feels amazing too. You can conveniently adjust the bar that looks like a handlebar that is NOT a handlebar to position it at different angles based on how you will be sitting when using it. We felt the vibrations on the heel best while seated with the massager at a tilt, rather than flat. The price made me hesitate at first, but there are not a lot of options out there for something like this that have such good reviews. I have no regrets at this point in this purchase for spending this much money on this machine and it has fully met our needs.

This is a great product overall, and I really enjoy using it. The foot and calf massager has a variety of settings, most of which feel wonderful and relaxing. The only one I don’t enjoy is the shiatsu setting — it’s a little too rough on my feet and can even leave them bruised. I’m not sure if that’s because my feet are completely flat or just the intensity of the setting. Another small drawback is that the shiatsu feature is difficult to turn off. Even though the option appears on the device itself, it only actually works through the remote, which is frustrating. That said, I still recommend this product because the other settings feel great and the massager as a whole is worth it. You won’t regret getting one if you’re looking for foot and calf relief. TL;DR: Great massager with plenty of enjoyable settings. Shiatsu mode is too rough and only disabled via remote, but still highly recommend.

*** UPDATE: Ordered another one and it works great! I actually used the box from the repurchase to return the defective one since the original box was damaged in shipping. *** I purchased this item as a gift for my husband and it was a qualifying Prime shipment so arrived quickly; but it arrived packaged with the original box inside of another larger box and the original interior box was damaged. I was hopeful the machine was ok because after my husband took it out of the packaging, it did not appear to have any physical damage or broken pieces to the exterior of machine. Unfortunately, once he tried operating it for the first time today, the Shiatsu rollers do not work. The machine starts roaring loudly when it switches the roll function (Shiatsu massage) and the rollers do not function whatsoever, just the obnoxiously loud roaring noise. I’m not sure if this is a factory defect or if it could be a result of the damage that was on the outside of the box… appeared to have been dropped or possibly hit by something. I am sure it is just a one off and not an indication of the products overall quality, but can’t rate the product with a high star/satisfactory rating when we did not receive a good quality product. Hopefully, once I return it to UPS, the will refund immediately and I can get him another one.

I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis for years. I’m 57 and try to run at least 60 miles a month. I’ve tried so many shoe inserts, icing, stretching. This device has made the biggest impact! Hurts, deep massage but it really makes a difference.

Please read for all ppl. I deal with bad cramps in my calfs and ankles/feet. I will start with the pos.1st. Which would of gave it a 5 stars for those it applies to. (Skinny calf ppl) pressue is great ( not for whimpy ppl) and has all the great bells and whistles. Heat, rollers, side to side motion and vibrating. Everything I'm looking for in a messaging device. Specially at this price. I'm disabled and don't have this kind of money to throw around. That's why I'm very disappointed in this item. Which brings me to the neg and the reason I have to return this awesome product. Number one reason. It's TO SMALL OF AN OPENING. It is not designed for men! I have sexy calves that ppl pay money for. Wife's words not mine. Yet I can't fir them in this CALF MESSAGING DEVICE. Which doesn't make sense. That's what it's designed for!!!! That pic of the lady with the actual leg in it. Is totally miss leading. I am a very large person, but my legs are in excellent shape( mostly because of the weight they hold and how active I am for a large man. That lady has to be an anorexic. There is no way in hell that a knee or thigh can fir put in this. Endless you are a wafer and in that case. Please don't show miss leading pic of how an item is perfect for everyone. Your legs hang over and it hurts your feet/back of ankles. From hanging over and resting on the edge of the machine. They should have padding or a lower design on the front and back of it. If you are tuff and have small legs. OMG!!! Worth every penny. It was fantastic on the feet, but what a tease. It's my calves that are killing me and keeping me awake at nights. Men and fat legged ppl. Buyers beware. Plan on sending it back. For the company that makes this product. Be realistic about your product and the actual ppl that need it. The opening. NEEDS TO BE A INCH WIDER!!!! FACT!!! So if you are listenin. Design it maybe even wider so we could put knees and thighs I. It. Believe me. Your product. Would be a goldmine. The other thing you need to do. Is add a remote. It's hard to reach the buttons laying flat on a bed. Also your so called 360 degree arm/prop. Won't do a full 360. Faults advertising. The plug stops it from one of the positions. Poor design flaw.

I bought this Cloud Massager, and I was so impressed with how it worked, and how it helped with the pain in my feet and legs. It was by far the best investment for getting me back to enjoying little things in life. After having this massager for a few months, I noticed a sound it was making, so I contacted the manufacturer. I can honestly say that I have never had such amazing customer service in my life. I heard back from them within the hour, and that continued on with every message. They were always very pleasant and courteous. I loved their saying. We owe you our business, so you only deserve the best of our service. My issue has been rectified far beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend using this product and company.

Must to have. Relaxes while you sleep, work, watching tv. It relaxes and rejuvinates.

My husband and I use it everyday before bed, it makes us sleep more easily and comfortable after a whole day work.
