For boys AND girls, obviously. Modern soccer is essentially a question of rythm, synchronisation, creating spaces and exceptional technical skills.

is this comparable to the dribble up smart ball?

No. The smart ball has sensors, does not have a rope attached, works with an app and is much more expensive. This is a smaller soccer ball on a rope, no sensors. Our daughter likes that she can use it in her room or anywhere that has a 5’ radius of clear space and doesn’t need a tv.

Can it be used to practice juggling?

Yes it can although it is not the main purpose and benefit of practising SenseBall. Its main purpose is to improve football skills and become two-footed (Perfect ambidextrous performance, better mastery and control of the ball thanks to repetition, greater precision in moving with and touches to the ball, improved perception, coordination and timing, improved attention and concentration, forms the correct body positions for football).
