Light and sturdy
Husband and I like to use this “yoga” lounge. We are both around 5’6 and it is perfect. If you are taller you might want to go with a taller one. Easy to move around.

Very firm!
I find this chaise ok for holding restorative yoga poses, but way too firm to try and relax on it. Not comfortable for me. I am 5’4 and the length is fine. It expands when you unpack it, so if you return it, you will need to find a large box to pack it up.
