Victorinox 5660315 Fibrox Boning Knife Narrow Curved 15cm Stainless Steel Blade

This is truly a lovely knife to cut meat with. It's light but sturdy and well made. For the price you can't beat it! I'm a farmer so occasionally have to cut up home kills etc and this is just perfect for boning and remains sharp too. Great knife to have in the cupboard!

Absolutely fantastic knife, I have filleted several fish. Like a surgeons scalpel with regards to sharpness and precision. Highly recommend these knives.

Comfortable handle, nice to hold. Blade has a little flex, but not too much; it's a decent knife and good value. Frankly this is probably a good choice regardless of whether you're boning every day and replace it every so often, or only very rarely and so don't want to spend as much on it as other knives. I also like the curved shape for any kind of hollowing out of vegetables etc.

For the price this really is a superb boning knife. Not surprising that it comes from such a well known and prestigious brand. Can't fault it really - from day one I was boning out un-butchered five bone prime ribs and it did it with ease, because of its super sharp blade and the right amount of flexibility to get around bones with accuracy. Really Pleased

This knife is just amazing, cuts meat and chicken very smoothly and is very sharp without even putting much pressure on it .

切れやすいけど厚みのある魚､例えばマグロの解体とか少し使ったけど切れ味は良かったけど刃が薄いから切れなくなると言われました。当たり前のクラッカーでした。でも解体後のさくを切るのは最高です。
