Pros: - Unbeatable price. This set is less than half of what you'd pay for a smaller outdoor set from Costco or other major retailers. - Great customer service. One of the parts was defective (a hole was in the wrong place). I contacted customer service through Amazon, provided them a picture, and they offered to ship a replacement part the next day. - Clear instructions and easy assembly. I do recommend having a cordless screwdriver with a hex bit as it makes things go quite a lot faster, especially in some areas where it's hard to fit a hex wrench in the space. - Solid construction and heft. Heavy enough that it won't just slide around in the wind; light enough to be easily movable. - Aesthetics. Both the cushion covers and the furniture itself look high-end. Cons: - Cushions are not comfortable. The bottom cushions are much too firm; it's like sitting on a stack of cardboard. Also, the back cushions are too thin, so you can really feel the back of the couch sticking out into your lower back. I happened to have an old 3" memory foam mattress topper, so I cut a square from that and put it on top, and that solved both issues, but now I need to find or make 6" cushion covers to fit it. I thought about taking off two stars for this (it's pretty bad) but decided that for the price and the customer service to give it 4 stars instead. Update: I've had this now for a few months and I'm upgrading it to 5 stars! The bottom cushions have broken in after being outside for a little bit, and the back cushions seem to have plumped up a bit too (or maybe I've just learned to slouch in a more comfortable position). Also, it's rained a few times and the covers have been pretty incredible in their water resistance: there was standing water on two of the cushions, but I soaked up the puddle, wiped off the rest, and the underlying cushion was immediately usable -- no water seeped through at all.

I am thrilled with my purchase. I purchased the 6 piece sectional in brige/brown "wicker". I was looking for a modern-looking sectional that my family could stretch out on. This met the criteria and was affordable on my budget. The items arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. The quality of the sectional is great for the price. It is very sturdy and looks fabulous on my patio. Customer service is excellent too, if you have an issue. I was missing one part to my corner chair in my sectional. I contacted the company via messaging through Amazon. They replied quickly and shipped my missing part very quickly. I am a very happy customer.

When looking for an outdoor furniture set I was looking for one with a fire place and a larger couch set up that was modular enough to move things around, and this was what I wanted. This set is easy to understand how to build. It is about 4 large boxes. I enjoy building furniture and legos, but this took me about 3 days to build everything at a comfortable rate on my own. The great thing is that each piece of furniture is lite weight. In terms of quality it hit and went a bit higher than my expectations. The wicker chairs are well made and there are plenty of spare parts if you need them later for nuts, screws and bolts. One purchase you will want to consider is a 230 Gallon outdoor storage unit as the seat cushions and pillows take up a lot of space, unless this set is under a cover. However these cushions and pillows are so comfortable compared to other outdoor sets that I have slept on this when it was nice out. The fire place works well up to temperatures in the mid 50’s and up (fahrenheit), but once you go lower unless you are in an enclosed space it will get cold. Not to say the fire place isn’t good, it works well from the start but don’t expect it to fend off extreme cold. Would recommend this set for anyone that wants one that fills a space well, looks good and worth the month you spend.

Very well quality and it's very well made and very comfy. I would give 5 stars but it took FOREVER to put together and the directions are not direct. It also comes in 5 total boxes if you get the 7 piece. Other than that it's beautiful. The seller communication is great too.

Wow this was a surprisingly great buy! This is a really nice set and I’m excited to add it to my outdoor entertainment space. Total time assembling it was 3 hours which includes reading the instructions throughly for almost 30 minutes. Once you put one piece together, it’s smooth sailing from there. Very durable and great quality. I have the L-shape set with the small table. If I had one gripe, it would be the backrest cushions, they are thin and could be thicker or made of the same product the seat cushions are made of. Please read the instructions, I received box A and B first, the cushion covers are sent separately and came on a different day. The glass top was inside the tall backrest wrapped and secured. The parts were separated in bags labeled accordingly which made it even easier to assemble.

UPDATE: It is one year later. I am super excited to use this patio furniture again. Keeping the furniture stored indoors during the harsh winter definitely will prolong it's life. The PE wicker rattan feels and looks great. The cushions are exceptional. The key with any product is to ensure we do everything to protect it from harsh conditions. During the summer, we placed a pop up canopy over it and we covered the sofa if there was rain in the forecast. During the fall, I removed the canopy to enjoy the cool fall breeze and any warmth the sun will provide. I purchased these in April last year. They came in two boxes on separate days. You can reach out to the seller to get the other box number to track it. Instructions were easy. Be sure to open the cushions and pillows so they can “puff” up. I started doing it myself with the tools provided and it was tedious. My husband finally got off work and was able to assist. Of course, he brings out the drill and we were knocking out the chair sections in no time. We bought a cover for the couches. There were some occasions we forgot to cover them and we had light rain. They did dry up fairly quickly in the sun. The color still looked great by the end of summer. The frame and wicker stayed intact. The reason why I chose this product out of all the other furniture was simply how thick the sofa cushions were. It was the thickest I’ve seen for this price. They did not disappoint- they are very comfortable. For the winter, I did store them in my basement. I didn’t want the extreme temperatures to warp or deteriorate it.

Buyer beware. This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made from Amazon. I specifically wanted high back chairs. The set I got was NOT high back. We paid $200 for delivery and didn’t know what the set would look like until we spent hours putting it together. It’s like doll furniture, so small, low to the ground and definitely not high back but we are stuck with it. Also, we were missing screws and 2 of the cushion covers came with broken zippers! I contacted the company and other than offering to send us replacement cushions they could care less. . We can return it but then we have to spend hours to it all apart Re box it and we lose the $200 it cost us to ship it to us. This is completely unreasonable and makes sure you have to keep it even if you hate it! DO NOT BUY

This was a present for our son & his wife and I was nervous about how the quality would be after I ordered it. After assembling the first piece I felt comfortable that it would be sturdy, comfortable and good looking. The assembly was not super easy, but total assembly time was maybe 2.5-3 hours for the whole set. Directions were clear, and after I switched to a driver and a T25 bit instead of the incuded (in every box) allen wrench it sped up considerably. The feet are adjustable, the fire table works well, the cushions are comfy and the whole thing looks very nice on their patio. It is cleverly designed and very well packaged. It also costs about what we were going to have to pay for the sofa and coffee table alone, so definitely a win. To be fair, I renovate houses & am comfortable putting together Ikea stuff, so what is easy to me may be slightly harder for some folks, but pay CLOSE attn to the instructions and keep the screws and parts organized and you should have no problem.
