Mild and flavoursome
Tastes good, but you need a lot of it if you want heat. Luckily this is a big packet. I made kimchi - I hope this is the right stuff for that. It's flaked rather than powdered, but by the time it's been whizzed to make the "sauce" part it makes no difference.
