Garcima La Ideal Polished Steel Paella Pan 60cm

Used for the first time yesterday. Very good value for a good quality pan. Amazing paella! However it says it will feed 20 people. Maybe if they are very small people. We are a family of 6 and this pan is just the right size for us. Because you need some space to work with if you are cooking shellfish, vegetables etc and still getting the rice just right. Used 500g bomba paella rice from Waitrose. Very good result but really this will not feed more than 6 or 8 people if this is their dinner!!

The pan is just what I was looking for - large, great quality and should last a long time. 5 stars for the pan.2 stars have been removed because of the packaging. The issue was Amazon and the delivery company sticking their labels to the base of the pan. The pan arrived with no packaging which is fine, however, the labels which were really hard to take off then left a sticky residue on the base of the pan which was extremely tricky to remove - took a lot of effort and trouble which was completely unnecessary. If labels have to be stuck on I suggest using the underside so the cooking area isn’t compromised.

Poorly packaged and rusted very quickly when used outdoors.
