Man I have owned many chairs from gaming chairs to even office chairs with the nice mesh padding and this chair still tops my list! The setup is very simple that anyone who can read instructions can put it together all your screws and washers come labeled with what and where they go with takes about 20 mins to setup.. The padding on this chair is like memory foam but its not just ordinary memory foam thats for sure it feels nothing like the memory foam in sneakers it could just be because you have 2.5 inches of padding on the seat but it could also be that a company has finally found just the right materials to put together this padding either way I can sit comfortably for hours on end doing what I enjoy the chair is very sturdy and supports your spine just like any chair should! (You even have a footrest for when you recline to rest, watch tv, get a haircut… whatever you may be doing that involves sitting this chair would be 10/10 for this chair has went above and beyond my expectations! Some other additional features are adjusting where the seat sits, adjusting the height of the lower back rest, memory foam padding on the armrests, adjustable arm rests (height and angle), the headrest has 3 different angles for your neck to rest, your standard gas lift for the height at which you sit, and your recline setting other than that the only other thing I would like to point out is the metal base for the chair legs so when you move around and bump something your chair will be 100% fine and should not have a have a scratch or dent! P.S. I cant really find anything bad about this chair but if i could recommend something it would be a cupholder for us gamers so that way when we spill a drink at the desk all our hardware is safe… other than that 10/10 chair no regrets!

I'm normally not one to leave reviews, but I searched for a chair to replace a 3 year old favorite office chair that had seen better days. When it comes to computer chairs, I consider myself to be picky and as a result I have never purchased a chair without first sitting in it to verify comfort. Let me start off by saying this chair is by far the most comfortable ergonomic design that I've had the pleasure of sitting in. The ability to fully customize your sitting experience by adjusting lumbar, head rest and even the depth of the seat from knees-to-back makes finding the perfect sitting posture incredibly easy. As far as design and build quality go, I still give this chair five stars. The biggest complaint in these reviews has been the all plastic design of the support frame running up the back of the chair and securing the backrest. While I understand wanting a sturdier material, the material they have used presents itself as extremely sturdy and well built. I truly don't believe this chair is breakable without intentionally damaging it or misusing it. One benefit I've noticed with this slightly flexing material is that it allows the "floating" shoulder rest pads to very minorly flex inwards and outwards, maximizing comfort when sitting at an angle or leaning. Lastly, shout out to PatioMage customer service for being excellent and promptly responding. I had an issue with one part and Ivan from the PatioMage team had a replacement part on its way within 24 hours of me reaching out to them. He even took the time to reach out after the replacement was delivered to ensure everything was satisfactory on my end. Overall, you can't go wrong with this chair. If you're tired of back pains and knee pains from office chairs, give this one a shot! You won't be disappointed!

I've been using the PatioMage ergonomic gaming chair for a while now, and it has a lot of features that really enhance comfort. **Some things I like** about the chair include the **adjustable lumbar support**, which helps with maintaining good posture and reduces back strain, and the **retractable footrest**, which is perfect for taking quick breaks or even napping. The 3D adjustable armrests also allow for a great range of movement, making it easy to customize for any position. One thing that could be improved is the **seat cushion**, which feels a bit firm after long periods of use. A softer cushion would add to the overall comfort. Bought this as a 'Big and Tall' gaming chair and it was ALMOST exactly what I need. The good: + Sturdy build, claiming 440 lbs of capacity. I'm not THAT heavy, but it's a good, supportive chair. + Easy to assemble, and came with good instructions. + Cool 'mecha' look that fits my gaming setup. + Quite adjustable, though see below. The bad: - The Lumbar support needs to be improved in it's mobility... IT has only 4 'settings'; the top setting causes it to reset and drop to the lowest position. For very tall people (like me) this makes it impossible to position 'just right.' - There doesn't seem to be a 'Seat tilt' adjustment for the chair BASE, you can recline, but the angle of the chair to the floor doesn't seem adjustable. - The headrest doesn't come UP enough for very tall people, nor can it be moved forward and back to accommodate different seating positions. All in all, it's a good chair, but since it claims that adjustability is one of it's 'party pieces' I'm a touch less impressed that some of the critical adjustments are lacking or don't have enough range for someone my size.

Update: The locking mechanism for the reclining the back has already started to slip after only a week and will not hold the back in place. I will be requesting a refund. I want to like this chair. It is more comfortable than any racing style gaming chairs out including the high end Lab series, but there but it has one major flaw. First the positives: The armrests have tons of adjustability, the seat in plush and soft, and the headrest adjusts up and down. The two separate back pads are actually quite comfortable. The Bad: The lumbar support is way to aggressive! While you can adjust it up and down to some degree, you can not adjust it in or out and the way it is designed makes it set out about 5 inches from where your spine sits in the middle of the seat. (I measured) While I understand that some people have a much more arched back and need more support; most of us do not need that much support. Perhaps it is because I am taller (6'2") and after an hour or two my spine does not like to be arched foreword that much. If I could reduce the amount that the lumbar support protrudes, I would give this a 5 star rating, but since I can not the chair is hardly usable for me. If you are shorter and need a ton of lumbar support, this may be the chair you are looking for but beware if you are taller and do not need that much support.

I loved and hated this chair. I am 6'4 ", and the comfort was excellent. However, I loved most of the chairs. The backrest would not just lock and stay in place; I would always have to adjust it. I noticed it leaning and creaking a week ago. This piece is just cracking and ripping the metal; I am 220 lbs. I requested a replacement and would pay for it, but there was no response. For 11 months, it has been great. I will not risk buying another chair from this brand again because I can't trust them.

Not only is this chair good looking, it is quite comfortable. The seat cushion is firm but not hard. Lumbar support is the best I have ever used in an office chair. The foot rest is awesome and the levels of adjustability are just what my back has been needing. What shocked me was how far back the backrest went. I want to sleep in this chair just to see if it would be as comfortable as I imagine. I believe this is a good office chair, but if we are talking about gaming--this chair is awesome.
