Bought this 10 weeks ago and absolutely love it. First I should mention that at first I did not find it comfortable at all. I contacted OTTY and voiced my concerns but they asked me to trial it a bit longer and I did. It seemed to take me a good month to get used to it. I felt it was a bit firm but that is probably down t the poor mattresses I have had in the past. Now, however I can't wait till bed time. The mattress is firm but very comfortable and I wake up fresh every morning. Incidentally I also purchased their memory foam pillows which compliment the mattress greatly. I looked at all the competition in this area but this one was over £100 cheaper and worth every penny. Buy it, You won't be disappointed!

Bought to replace a long serving Dunlopillo mattress after considering price of new version. Slept well on first month of using and pleased with purchase. Only drawback for me is the height of our bed with the new mattress - husband at 6' 1ins finds it easy to sit on bed, I am 5' 2ins and have to jump on as new mattress is double height of the previous one.

Really comfy mattress but takes a few nights to get used to it. I like a firm bed as I have some back problems and this is great. Firm but soft at the same time. The chemical smell lingers though for a few weeks. Delivery was very fast but the mattress was 'dumped' outside in the front garden!! Luckily the box was too heavy for any opportunists to run away with it.

This bed is beyond firm / after having it nearly a year I have worse back leg and arm issues than before using it -I wake up with dead limbs and pain from pins and needles. Can’t afford to buy another mattress. If you want a firm bed please know that this is as firm as a board So you might as well buy a cheap firm mattress rather than spending this kind of money it’s not with it when ya can get a cheap mattress for a hundred quid thats firm it’s rock solid with no movement whatsoever like a wooden board / it’s an awful bed and the otty pillows are horrendous they Just slide off the bed in the night leaving you totally un supported - if you have back problems and are loooig. For a supportive bed this is absolutely not the bed you want it will cause you more problems. I’m not walking with a forward bend after sleeping in this bed since feb I have to take painkiller before I go to bed and as soon as I open my eyes because of the skeletal problems this bed is causing !!! But now I’m stuck with it because I can’t afford another mattress after being conned into this one with the promo vids and paid reviews !!!

Not bad identical to other brands such as Emma, Symba....no better sleep but it's comfy.

My husband and I just bought the King Size OTTY and it's SO good. We've only been sleeping on it for two months, so can't properly comment on the memory foam yet, but so far so good. It's much less expensive than othe brands for what is, effectively, a very similar product. Delivery was quick and simple too. Yes, it does have a slight latex smell for a few days, but nothing terrible and it's all gone within the week. It also takes 2-3 days to puff up to full size, but that's expected. It is slightly warmer than an ordinary mattress, but not noticeably so that it impacts my sleep negatively. I monitor my sleep and, on my old pocket sprung mattress, sleep quality was around 60-70%. With the OTTY, I'm getting 95-100% sleep quality each night. That might partially be attributed to my husband no longer complaining about the mattress!

I have had the mattress for just over a year now and the description of a medium firm bed is totally wrong. It is VERY firm. I am someone who prefers a firmer mattress, but this is beyond a joke. I am 17 stone and I hardly make a dent in it! I really wish I had returned it within the 100 day time frame on offer, as like another reviewer, I am suffering from joint pains, especially in my shoulders, which didn't happen before I had this mattress. I see it is no longer available to buy, whether this is due to a replacement product or just out of stock, I do not know. If they have updated the product, let's hope they have addressed the firmness issue.

My 81yr old Mum needed a lower mattress as her previous one was very deep. After visiting shops & trying out various options we looked online & Otty was highly recommended. Mum a bit sceptical when it came in a box! First couple of night she slept in spare room to allow Otty mattress to expand and for chemical smell to disperse. Then, first night on the mattress, she got the first decent nights sleep she's had in ages! A really ace mattress!! I was trying it out when I visited today and have now ordered another one for me. There is still a smell but assume this will fade. Can't wait til my one arrives!!

Nach mehreren Tagen probeliegen bei Verwandschaft und in verschiedenen Geschäften nicht fündig geworden. Daher endlich getraut die Matratze online zu bestellen da sie von der Beschreibung einen top Eindruck machte und ich unbedingt eine Federkern Matratze wollte! Die Lieferung hat Reibungslos funktioniert. (Allerdings kann ich nichts dazu sagen wie es abläuft wenn man die Matratze zurück schickt, da diese aus England kommt. Daher habe ich selbst recht lang gezögert). Vom Liegekomfort her für mich gleich wie die Ü-1000 Euro Produkte aus den Läden die ähnliche technische Details hatten. Passt sich dem Körper super an, egal ob schwer oder leicht. Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich leider nichts sagen. Einzig der strenge chemische Geruch nach dem auspacken ist unangenehm, der vergeht aber nach einigen Tagen wenn man immer anständig durchlüftet! Als kleiner Tipp: Ich habe meinen normalen Lattenrost durch starre Holzbretter ersetzt und das steigert nochmals den Komfort da jetzt nichts mehr federt sondern nur noch die Matratze "arbeitet"
