Use an applicator or ensure insert high enough
The pessary when inserted into my post menopausal, atrophying vagina stung almost more than I could bear for about 15 mins and reminded me of the intense discomfort of a tampon when not inserted high enough. I was not provided with an applicator. Maybe my index finger was not long enough? Or maybe it turned sideways? Just be prepared if your vagina has been sore or dry for a long time. Maybe use a little lubricant also or use an applicator. Very moisturising however.

Helpful for vaginal atrophy
Arrived quickly which was a blessing. Easy to use and definitely helped after discovering sex was a bit painful these days with my partner. These were an ideal choice to help soothe me & didn't notice much of a smell to the product so discrete to use too. Now using a GP prescribed internal HRT so no longer required but definately rate this product.

Tolles Produkt, schmiert und pflegt, hatte leider eine Antibiotika Behandlung und habe danach immer Probleme, habe sie aber damit wieder in Griff bekommen. Gutes Zäpfchen, bei mir hilft es.
