⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Impressive Steam Mop — Makes Cleaning So Easy! I’m really impressed with the Neugo Steam Mop! It heats up fast and puts out strong, consistent steam that actually lifts dirt and grime instead of just pushing it around. I’ve used it on hardwood, tile, and even vinyl floors — everything looks cleaner and feels fresher without needing any chemicals. The adjustable steam settings are great, and I love that the pads are washable and reusable. The long cord gives plenty of reach, and the swivel head makes it super easy to maneuver around furniture. The tank could be a bit bigger, but refilling is quick and simple. Overall, this mop has made my cleaning routine faster, easier, and way more effective. Highly recommend!

This steam mop is really nice. I had a steam mop for 10 years and it literally exploded. In replacing it I was searching for a good one. This mop filled that request. It is light weight, holds enough water to steam clean my entire kitchen, mud room and entry from the garage. Easy to assemble, has a handle that can adjust for height and works quite well.

I decided to purchase this steam mop after scrubbing and mopping low-sheen linoleum tile kitchen floors that attracts any dirt and is difficult to maintain. Whatever he would use a swiffer they could not get a job done. PROS: This steam mop removed the layers of dirt faster without using chemicals. I recommend going slowly back and forth a few times on the same area that needs cleaning. The product has an instruction booklet and is easy to assemble. CONS: However, the manual incorrectly says that after turning on the power that it takes 20-30 seconds to heat up and the steam to be ready. This is not correct. Allow 2-4 minutes until you hear the steam flowing. It is not cordless but has a long cord for smaller spaces.

Very light weight, and easy to assemble. Love the long cord too. My whole house is laminate, so the main reason I bought this machine is that the steam is adjustable. I used it right away and I am impressed at the job it did. My floors have never been cleaner and my effort was minimal. I filled the canister with distilled water and did the whole house on less than 1/2 the canister. (1600 sq ft) Consequently the floors dried very quickly. This is exactly the result I was looking for....AND when giving the floors the "barefoot test" there were NO traces of fine dust and the floor squeaked when I walked on it..."squeaky clean"!

I'm not usually one to get this excited about cleaning, but seriously, this steam mop has been a game-changer. Putting it together was so easy and when I finally got to try it out- Wow. It just glides across my floors, whether it's the wood in the living room or the tiles in the kitchen, and just melts away all the yuck. Seriously, the grime that came up was kind of gross but also super satisfying to see gone! Definitely money well spent. Seriously, if you're still using an old-school mop and bucket, do yourself a favor and grab one of these. This mop is well made, easy to assemble and stores with minimum space. Works beautifully on linoleum and tiled floors.

I would recommend this steam mop to friends and family, especially given the reasonable price for the ensemble. I bought it because I thought my home was holding odors even though I cleaned regularly. I thought steam cleaned floors would help clear the air, so to speak. Sanitizing made a difference, and now I realize so much more. The assembly is not intuitive, and the directions for assembly don’t do the product justice. Still, once I figured out how to assemble and use the mop I couldn’t have been more pleased. It stands on its own when refilling the reservoir with the included convenient plastic beaker-type measuring cup, the cord is a great length, it heats up and turns off almost instantly. The rudimentary clear plastic water tank holds enough to clean a couple floors, is easy to fill, and is tight. The floor pads remain stained after using then washing, but are no less effective with each use. I use the mop on a tiled kitchen floor that has recessed grout. I could never keep the grout clean without getting on hands and knees and scrubbing with a brush. Passing the steam cleaner over the grout lines cleans the edges of the beveled tiles and grout in a way no other mop could do. Stubborn scuff marks from chair pads, or sticky stains become loosened and cleaned up by treating the area with steam. It takes 10 minutes or so for my granite stone and ceramic tile floors to dry from the moisture left behind from the steaming effect, which never feels unreasonable. Once after cleaning the kitchen floor I accidentally dropped some crumbs from the counter I needed to wipe up. When I wiped up the crumbs I noticed there was not even the slightest smudge of hidden soil or dirt on the wet rag, only the crumbs. I was so impressed that the steam cleaner cleaned the floor so well I’d feel at ease letting a baby crawl on it. It was sanitized and spotless even more than I’d realized. True story! I’ve not used the upholstery or appliance cleaning attachments. The mop is easy to store once I got a basket for all the attachments since it stands upright, and the cord wraps around two hooks conveniently located along the length of the mop. Of course I’ve only used it 3 or 4 times, in a couple months, but I’d feel confident I could use it more regularly if I chose to even though it’s light weight and made with plastic. It feels just sturdy enough for regular home use. I will be buying one for my daughter when she gets her new home. It’s worth the money for what it’s meant to do, and the space it takes up in storage. I’m glad I have it.

Great cleaner for sure, quiet as well. Ensure you have an international adapter though as it is not Australian.
