These Gummies are so easy to use and my kids like the taste, which makes them much easier than trying to get them to take a pill or something they don’t enjoy. The gummy size is manageable and they chew easily. I like that they are meant for occasional sleep support, not something I feel like I need to use every single night. They seem helpful on nights when bedtime is harder, routines are off, or my child needs a little extra help settling down. They work really well lol and within 20-30 mins they’re out like a light. Some school days were hard and schedules kept us up late which made getting back on track in a short amount of time hard for them so these removed the anxiety they had about not getting enough sleep. I also appreciate that they include ingredients like melatonin, L-theanine, chamomile, and lemon balm, so it feels like more of a calming bedtime supplement rather than just a random candy-like gummy. I did not notice any major side effects, but I would still only use them as directed and not overdo it. They have never had any issues with focus the next day and seem to be about normal business when waking up. For me personally I’ve tried the adult ones and those are a little harder to wake up from lol so I take these with a better effect even for me as a mom. It has a child safety top on it which makes it nice to prevent littles from getting into them as well.

These have tremendously helped my 8 year old son's with falling asleep. He likes the taste and the fact that it is a gummy. He can be pretty picky with taste and texture but he likes these. He only takes one and it has been helping him fall asleep so much easier. The pediatrician actually recommended this brand!

I'm so pleased to find a lower dose of melatonin. So many people use doses that are way too high. This is great for a night where I or my kids need a reset. They taste great and improve sleep quality, rather than overwhelm the system because the dose is nice and low. My daughter has not reported nightmares or woken up at 3am as she does with 1 mg gummies. My other picky eater daughter says they taste great.

This helps my energetic 4 and 5 year old boys get to bed and enjoy a good night’s rest. I don’t have to fight with them to take them because they love the taste. I highly recommend for its effectiveness, but to echo other reviews these gummies melted together. I had to pull them apart one by one and now keep them in the fridge to prevent them from warming up and sticking together again. This was a one time fix and I’m so pleased with how well they work that I still believe it’s a 5 star product.

I would give it five stars, but doesn’t have the best taste in my opinion, but otherwise I sleep great with them even if I’ve only had one and even if I’ve even slept well in weeks just taking two will help me sleep way better definitely recommend

I bought these for my daughter because she has fomo and will be up till 11 thinking she needs to party! Within 45 minutes she is tired and/or sleeping. They are not coated in sugar like some gummies and had a smooth gummy texture. No crazy side effects, just calms down your little enough for bedtime. Easy to chew. My daughter loves the taste which I was worried about because she is a taste queen if something doesn't taste right you can forget about her eating it. Gummy size is small probably smaller than a penny but not super tiny.

I use these as well as give them to my kids on occasion when we all need a good night's sleep. I love that there is a very low dose of melatonin. I feel sleepy in probably about 30 minutes but I don't have any trouble actually falling asleep. There is the option to take two gummies, but I have never had to do that. They are easy to chew and don't stick to your teeth. They are sweet and taste delicious.
