MSI Z170 A Tomahawk ATX Intel 1151 Motherboard

The LEDs are a little bit of a disappointment I'm not going to lie

When i first bought this motherboard, i put in 2x Hyper X Savage 2133MHz 2x4GB sticks of RAM and it functions perfectly well. I have a Intel core i5-6500k processor in. And a GTX 1050 Ti, at the time it was fairly new. I used an adapter so i had 2x HDMI slots and i've been running a 2 monitor gaming setup that runs games at around 200FPS ever since! Highly recommend this motherboard for people who don't know alot about building a PC

I recently purchased this item which never arrived to my home, I got a refund and bought the same board. DO NOT BUY THIS BOARD. I have experienced nothing but problems with this board. I was happily using this board when all of a sudden it has stopped working. The board keeps outputting a a CPU errors, ram and Vga error which implies that the board is dead after 4 month of use? Bought the same board again and the same problem. Like really I expected this to last me at least 2 years from when I bought board not 4 months.

I am dissapointed user that was having ASUS before... The board is quite effiicient but the build leaves a lot of for desire! The sound on soundcard is terrible and looks like from boards from over 10 years ago! The BIOS is ok but terrible logo with green background on each start - MSI why you could not find something nicer?? When I was attaching the USB3 cable one of the legs just broke! In second port - folded! I was not pushing really hard just sticking the cable from the CoolerMaster case! The leds on the board are dissapointing - some few lights on a side and one close to processor. IT looks cheap! THe only good thing is that the mainboard is quite good performing. The board is in general for some teenagers who like shooting games and would not recommend anyone who likes serious resolutions...

Todo funcionó sin problemas, aunque en el momento de la compra no especificaba que no incluía la tarjeta WIFI. Intenté adquirirlo por separado, pero faltaba un soporte que no encontré en ninguna web Finalmente tuve que adquirir una tarjeta externa

Board-Montage wie immer (gefühlt 1000-mal) durchgeführt: Debug-LEDs CPU und DRAM blinken abwechselnd, kein Bootvorgang!!! CPU-Sockel-Pins kontrolliert: alles OK. (Boxed-Kühler, daher auch keine Fehlfunktionen durch zu hohen Anpressdruck möglich) Tests ohne Grafikkarte und sonstige Peripherie mit jeweiligem ClearCMOS zwischendurch: Beide RAM-Module einzeln in allen Slots getestet (Laut Manual ist der Betrieb mit nur einem Modul möglich). Keine Änderung! Defekte CPU und zwei defekte, angeblich kompatible, Module gleichzeitig erhalten? Mainboardumtausch (Danke Amazon!) Keine Änderung! CPU Umtausch (Nochmals Danke Amazon!!!) Keine Änderung! Neues Netzteil gekauft. Keine Änderung! Einer der Lösungsvorschläge im Netz: Entgegen den Manual-Vorgaben beide Module gleichzeitig in Slot 3 und 4 stecken und einige Minuten auf den Bootvorgang warten. Nach ca. 2 min.: BIOS!!! (und ca. 1000 graue Haare mehr) BIOS-Version E7970IMS.100 vom 09.07.2015 (älter als Ver. 1.00 auf der MSI-Website) BIOS vom USB-Stick auf Ver. 1.17 geflashed und XMP aktiviert. Module vorschriftsmäßig in Slot 2 und 4 montiert. Laufen wie versprochen mit 2666 mHz. Fazit: Am besten bei Boards mit altem BIOS verschiedene RAM-Module zum Ausprobieren borgen , um fürs BIOS-Flashen irgendwie reinzukommen (Konnte leider kein DDR4-RAM bei der Familie etc. auftreiben und z.B. Conrad nimmt geöffnete RAM-Packungen nicht zurück). System läuft jetzt unter Normalspezifikation mit sämtlicher Peripherie stabil. OC noch nicht ausprobiert.

Très bonne carte mère a un bon prix, je les prise pour le rétroéclairage et le support de la DDR4 2400 mhz, tellement de choix chez MSI que je me suis basé sur ces critères pour le choix, pour le même prix on peut avoir une Gaming Pro en promo (je les sus trop tard) Pour information on ne peut pas installer Windows Seven ( les pilotes USB/CD/DVD pour les nouvelles architectures Intel Skylake 170, ne sont pas inclus dans Seven) il faut installer Windows 10

Amazon e serivizio clienti come sempre molto affidabili, arrivata inizialmente con due pin del socket rotti mi è stata sostituita nel giro si pochi giorni. Ci ho messo su un pentium g4500 in attesa di avere I soldi per un i5 e 8gb di ram e il pc non ha nessun problema. Associato tutto ad una gtx 960 riesco a giocare praticamente a qualsiasi gioco con fps accettabili. Per il prezzo a cui è proposta per me è un best buy.

Achat amazon reconditionné. Problème : absence de cables sata, de cd de drivers, de manuel. La carte a l'air ok mais l'absence de matériel n'était pas précisé sur la fiche lors de l'achat. Simplement que l'emballage pouvait être endommagé. Très décu du coup. Pas encore assez de recul sur qualité de la carte.
