Liked both the hood and the facial steamer attachment, the best Ive had in a long time. Be sure to wear a towel around your neck so the water that drips from the hood does not burn the back of the neck. The condensation works so well it tends to accumulate little beads of water on the bottom of the hood in the back.

The steamer gets very hot which is a plus for me. However, it does not steam the back of your head. The steam only covers the top & front of your head. So in order to steam the back of your head you must turn backwards. Other than that I really like the steamer so far.

This is my first experience using a hair steamer. I didn’t know what to expect. First let me say putting the steamer together was very simple. I used distilled water as recommended. The steamer took 5 to 7 minutes to heat up and once I pushed the ozone button on the steamer was operating with thicker steam immediately. My first steam experience was everything I hoped it would be. Cleaning and drying the cap was just as easy as putting the steamer together. I’m writing this review after using the steamer for the first time. I am very pleased with this steamer and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Poorly made.. I brought this product to help with my hair loss. I have never been so disappointed in a product with so much hype as I was this product. I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND GOT READY TO USE IT . I plugged it in and bang it went after two minutes, it never went on again. I contacted the seller and they sent me another .. again the same thing happened .. I again contacted the seller and as yet no satisfaction from them. They want me to return the product but the postage is £54 first class and £51 second class .. I cannot afford that . Really disappointed as the product clearly has a functioning problem. P. Morris

This is absolutely a definite must have. Your hair will definitely thank you. I maintain my own shoulder length hair, weekly washes and I steam it maybe once a month. I can immediately see the results, my natural curls are restored. I then lock in the moisture with some oil.
