ANOTHER UPDATE Instead of buying another new one after the flashing “f” failure - I contacted the company and they are sending me a new one. I just had to send them my order # and a video of the problem. It had only been 8 months of use before it started failing. I’m happy with the product and happy with the customer service. UPDATE I’ve had 5 of these over the last 5 years from 2021-2026. They work well for the most part. But every single one has ended up with the dreaded ‘F’ flashing for Fail. Once it starts sometimes I can keep it going for a while by moving the cord around. But inevitably I have to get a new one. I use it daily at least once, but sometimes twice. I’d like to get 2 years out of them but it seems that with daily use they probably last about a year. Have had mine since Sept 2021. Was an absolute life saver while I was dealing with serious chronic neck and shoulder pain. Helped me get through physical therapy and I still use it daily at least once. I actually bought a second one to have at my partners house too so I didn’t have to lug it around all the time. Heats up quick, gets more than hot enough. Gets my shoulders and up the back of my neck. Love the timer settings. Cord is very long, which is nice. Sometimes I’ll set it for 6 hours on low and put it by my feet on cold nights. The amount of heat deacreases with time. I started with it on setting 4. Now I do setting 8. Might be partly my tolerance for the heat getting stronger. But I think it’s mostly the heating pad tiring out slightly. The 2nd one I bought I don’t use nearly as much and I can use a lower setting. I have used it daily for over 1.5 years sometimes twice or 3 times a day and it’s just now having some kind of issue where it flashes F for fail, but if I put the cord in the right spot it works. Still highly recommend for sure!!

Love this product already, and it's been only a day. It sits well, the pillow is of great quality, the different heat settings allow comfort for various preferences. Personally, I only wish it was even heaver, would be great to have different weight options. The size is otherwise perfect (got the upper back option) and good value for money. Its perfect for those sitting on the PC for work all day, my shoulders tend to tense up and this keeps them nice and relaxed.
