Loved my weighted heating pad for neck and shoulders. I have EDS/Hypermobility, and with that comes a tendency to have poor posture and a neck that sits forward rather than straight, which results in tension headaches and migraines. I use this A LOT when I have a flare and it helps tremendously. Bought in 2022 and it just now completely quit working. I use it on level 9 and keep it on 8:88 timer everytime I use it, so I think 4 years isn't that bad. comes to about $10 a year? Worth it. Buying it again.

Love this product already, and it's been only a day. It sits well, the pillow is of great quality, the different heat settings allow comfort for various preferences. Personally, I only wish it was even heaver, would be great to have different weight options. The size is otherwise perfect (got the upper back option) and good value for money. Its perfect for those sitting on the PC for work all day, my shoulders tend to tense up and this keeps them nice and relaxed.

Works very well. Can use to avoid putting heating on. Heats quickly and to a good temperature. Adjustable. Comfortable. My husband uses it for neck pain from arthritis. The weighted element means it sits well and doesn’t ruck or move. It’s a good size and feels good quality.

I like everything about this except the maximum temperature limit. It’s still cosy at max temp and I’m sure that head permeates the muscles, but personally I could do with it being a bit hotter. Apart from that, it’s soft, light enough not to put pressure on the neck, heat is well dispersed through the pad, ergonomic, no issue with it sliding about or falling off. Very easy to use controls and the timer is a great feature. Decent product for the price.
