These are so much brighter than the one we had before plus it has an app so you can control it from your phone. It's easy to install, has a timer on the app and works well with movies or if you just want solid color without your TV on. Alot of brands out there but this one has the brightest and most colorful options we have found to date. Would highly recommend

These are great and an amazing deal. I added these above my kitchen cabinets (after cleaning and scrubbing the years of greasy dust buildup up there that no one could see) and what an improvement... I love all the different light patterns and color options, you can't beat it for the price. The remote works great but the LotusLampX app for the phone give you so many other options and more control. The 10-ft. strip was perfect for the space I intended it and I used some gorilla tape along with a staple gun that straddles the light strip to hold it in place without removing the built-in adhesive cover. The brightness is fine, not so noticeable in the daylight but in low lighting and at night it is perfect. Have received a lot of compliments, I love it. Can't believe how little I paid for this, will definitely have to liven up some other dead areas of the house with these.

This was the third set of LED's we purchased for my child's (different brands) and this one may not have all the cool extra features of the others but it does what it's intended to and does it well with no headaches. The first set synced to the music/sound in the room however one of the colors looked very separated from the start and slowly faded in brightness and eventually stopped working a couple months in. The second set had the same features but also a app to control it however the app never worked and again issues the tape/strip started warping making it look really really bad - upon removing it to try to fix them, a section stopped working all together (not patching worked). All of this lead us to this gem! The third set from this mfg was the winner. It doesn't have all the extra bells and whistles but of them all this one is so much better and does exactly what LED's are suppose to. Pass on all the others - this one is the winner! We even purchased another set for my kids friend. They are still up, working well, brightness and colors are exact. Thank you for making a good product!

I got these on sale ($26) so all in all, I don't regret getting these. Good: Colorful with interesting settings. The colors are vibrant! Meh: Not as bright as I expected, definitely more of an accent, when I was looking for both color and brightness. Comes in 2 reams instead of 1 large one, which took extra planning, but worked out in the end. Bad: I don't know if it's the paint on my walls, but I had to buy extra adhesive to get these to stick. I got little scotch sticker squares that I thought would do the trick, and even those wouldn't hold. I went ahead with craft tack (sticky tack) instead and so far that has worked. Because the adhesion was so difficult, it took me about 6 hours to finish lining my ceiling with these lights. Additionally, I had to trim off about 6 inches of excess to get the lights to light up- idk if that was just for mine or if anyone else has also experienced this. I know the positives are less than the negatives, but overall, these lights accomplish what I wanted at a decent price. If you line your baseboards with these, you may have fewer problems because gravity will be working with you, but overall I don't regret this purchase. If you're looking to spice up your room with something fun, give these a try, but be prepared for some extra elbow grease and possible spending.

Every TV viewing session at night at our house began with a subtle battle. One of us likes to have a light on while watching the television. The other one of us would prefer to be able to see the screen without the glare that any light in the background inevitably produced. This product absolutely delighted us both. My husband said it was a little challenging to put on, and I am a little leery of well it will stay attached, but as my one guilty pleasure from the last Amazon sale, I was really happy with the purchase. I haven’t had a chance to play with the remote (which seemed to lag a little bit) or the App (didn’t even realize there was an app until I read more reviews), but the light is pretty and banishes the need for a screen-obscuring lamp in the room. Anything else is a fun bonus. Love that it plugs into the TV since open plugs are at a premium in the room. It would be nice if there was more in the way of instructions, both installation and use of the lights, but these days I am used to digging around the internet if I can’t figure it out on my own. These lights nicely fit our 65” TV. Looking forward to experimenting with all the modes!

They are very bright and have a lot of color options. Easy to set up and seem pretty durable.

TLDR: If Alexa is a dealbreaker, don’t get these lights. The lights are nice and the scenes in the app are good. It took a few times for the app to connect to the lights. Once connected the lights are very responsive with the app. Alexa, however, is another story. After many tries it finally connected to to Alexa but it automatically says “unresponsive.” I’ve tried disconnecting starting over a few times to no avail. Very disappointed by this.

No issues with it falling off. Lots of stick to the tape and additional fasteners. Great product for the price. Covered a whole rec room!

Have various brands of these in all my kids rooms. Usually go up with no issue. These ones don’t stick to the wall when you put them up. I also used the white foam tape included in the box and it didn’t work. They fell about 3 days later and different spots continue to randomly come down. I have had to put them back up with a stronger adhesive. They work as advertised otherwise. My kid likes controlling them with the app.

Easy to install, and super nice, bright.

One side of the strip doesn’t light up green which is a bummer but I do really like these lights.
