It works very easy, cover the surface of cooktop with the white paste and wait for few seconds, and wipe it up with a clean wipe, no scratch, and the cooktop is clean and shine like a window.

This is an excellent product for cmy new ceramic top stove. I use it after every use of stove (except if boiling water). My stove top remains as beautiful as the day I bought it!

Our new house came with a Whirlpool ceramic flat top stove. For the first couple of months, I just used a sponge and papertowels to clean it after cooking but noticed that it was looking pretty dirty here lately. Mentioned to the DH that I need to look into getting some cleaner for it and he pulled Amazon up on the computer and found a listing for ceramabrite. I looked at the price and said, "I'm sure we can find something a little less expensive." We saw the Weiman brand at a good price and free shipping if purchased as and add on item. So we added it to the cart and figured we could give it a try.It came very quickly and I immediately opened it and after reading the instructions, applied it to the stove top. It was very easy to use and wipe off. Took a few extra papertowels to buff it out all clean and non-streaky, but it was the first time I have used glass cook top cleaner made for this type of surface since we moved in to the house in July.Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It took off I would say 98% of the cooked on stains and I imagine if I gave it one more good applications and a bit more elbow, it would easily remove the rest. I am pleased with the price, the ease of application, and the quantity of product in the container. I did notice that this product also comes in a spray version. I may try that the next time I need to order but otherwise I will definately stick with Weiman over the other more expensive brands.

This is the only ceramic cook top cleaner that really works, and I've tried numerous ones. This company makes a cleaning kit, with a scraper blade and cleaning pad. the kit can be bought from Amazon - search for: "Weiman Cooktop and Stove Top Cleaner Kit - Glass Cook Top Cleaner and Polish 10 oz. Scrubbing Pad, Cleaning Tool, Razor, Scraper" - after years of searching a REALLY recommend this.When we have visitors, they ask if we actually cook on our cooktop, yes it looks that good, and yes, we cook every day, and I use a cast-iron skillet frequently, which means that ceramic surface is super-hot and spills get baked on really quickly.I have turned a grey top back to a jet-black and shiny cook top. That may take 3 or 4 cleanings, spread over a few days of cooking.Start with one really good clean and don't be afraid to use their scraper blade, if you keep it at a 30-degree angle to the surface, then it won't scratch the cook top, no matter how hard you press. then use the cleaning cream, scrub it in with a regular cleaning pad (not wire wool), or their cleaning pad, wipe off, then scrape again. The cleaning cream seems to bond to the burnt-on layers, so you can scrape more off each successive clean. Do this over a period of 3 days at the end of this you will have a completely restored top.Once you have regained the jet-black top; it is easy to keep up with that, every few days do a clean, that will keep it's luster. our cook to is 6-years old
