7 Fans Failed Within a Month โ Stay Away!
Never buy this so-called Delhi product Iโm running a business, so I purchased these fans in bulk. Guess what? Within a month, 7 fans stopped working When I tried contacting customer care, they didnโt even answer the calls. I called many times before someone finally picked up. A lady told me to send all 7 fans to their office in Bawana, Delhi where this company is located I asked who would bear the shipping cost. She said The company will cover the shipping cost for one side, and you will have to pay the shipping cost for the other side Now think about itโyou have to pay an electrician to remove the fans, then pay to ship all 7 fans, which costs almost as much as these low-quality fans. After that, you have to wait another 2โ3 months Itโs much better to buy a reputable brand that provides doorstep warranty service Itโs also a humble request to Amazon: if a company is allowed to sell products on your platform, the warranty process should also be easy and customer-friendly.To make matters worse, some of the fans even arrived in damaged condition.

Very slow speed on 1 yr use
Since I purchased it, it barely lasted a year. After that, it developed a speed problem. I have called the service agent multiple times; they always say that an agent will call you, but not once do they actually call back. Do not buy this now; it is completely useless. Good thing is the price and noise is ok
