Faulty product and late delivery
Issues :1. Unicorn horn broken in the box2. The sides of the mug have been chipped3. The colour of the unicorn hair shows rainbow colours when there’s no hot water in it4. It doesn’t have the original mug markings at the bottom5. The rainbow hair stickers in the side have scratches on it6. Arrived late and was a gift7. The person who it was a gift for was disappointed and I would like a full refund for all postage and packaging inclusive at least instead of a replacement please

Looks pretty
Niece loved the mug, although would rather there wasn’t a hole inside where the head is- any drink collects in there & makes it tricky to drink. Also after a few washes the mouth washed away!
