Ez to use , I just added 1 tsp of seed to 1 cup of hot water. Let steep and cool for 30 min and drink it all

Metal seed is good for the body in the hair and the nails and skin and your kidneys
I drink it by itself. I make a tea out of it and it taste pretty good with no sugar and stuff I like it.
