I Can't Recommend This Product
I bought four 2oz. packs of Original Brooklyn Biltong Tender Steak Slices to give the product a fair trial run. Honestly, I was disappointed that the "slices" are mostly small chips — a texture more like very thin and soft cornflakes. The flavor was barely passable. But the price (!!!), at about $5.00 per ounce, is just plain robbery — in my opinion. I just can't recommend this product today.

It's biltong
This is my first time eating "biltong". I wasnt upset, it just didn't live up to the hype. It's not gross or anything like that, it was just a plain beef flavor... I honestly didn't find it "tasty" but passable... For the price, though, I expected a lot more. If this is what all biltong is like, I'll have to pass purely based on I just don't think you're getting your money's worth in flavor or quantity.

Not as tasty as I had hoped
Haven't tried "biltong" before, but am an avid jerky eater. Guess I was hoping for a better, albeit different flavor than I am used to, but I am not impressed. I will not be buying this again.

My favorite kind of protein snack
Excellent. Soft. Savory. Delicious! I only discovered biltong recently so I’m trying different brands. It’s so much better than typical jerky. There is no comparison. And sugar free naturally!
