Very good quality, time-saving sprayer
I'd guess it took a total of 3 hours of painting to finish my kitchen, hallway, and living room with this. The prep work took way longer than the actual painting. Using rollers and brushes takes a lot more time and way more energy (which I no longer have), and doesn't give as good of a finish as a sprayer. I chose this sprayer over the cheaper ones because it looked (and is) well built, and I didn't want to exhaust myself holding up a sprayer with a tank full of paint as I painted all these walls. This sprayer did not disappoint! It was easy to use and clean. The tip that came with it worked great and didn't have to be replaced before I finished. I have some experience with sprayers from a job I had years ago painting railcars, but there are a ton of YouTube videos for those who have zero experience, including videos specific to this sprayer for directions on its use. Practice on some cardboard first to get your pressure and technique right. That's VERY important. The paint I chose was PPG Speedhide from Home Depot. It's good paint at a really good price. It nearly covered my walls in one coat with this sprayer. After the first coat, I waited about an hour to touch up some areas where the dark grey was still peaking through. I got 5 gallons for $110, and it covers so much better than the more expensive mid-grade paints I've tried before. It dried quickly, but was easy to clean up accidental overspray from my counters and floors. For prep, I recommend using orange Frog tape and heavy canvas drop clothes. I got 4 rolls of the orange Frog tape from Walmart for about $18 and 2 large canvas drop clothes from Harbor Freight for $30. The blue Scotch painter's tape and pre-taped paper I bought on Amazon did not hold up for this job (thus the need to clean up overspray). Plastic drop clothes work fine to cover windows, cabinets, and appliances if you tape them completely on all sides, or else the plastic will fly up when the sprayer gets near the edge. Heavy drop clothes worked best for the floors, and I didn't have to use up all my tape to hold them down. I went with white paint, so I didn't need to worry about covering the ceilings. Every room in my house was painted dark grey when I bought it, and I will be using this sprayer to paint the bathrooms and bedrooms next.

Thumbs up 👍 good product for remodeling
Works perfect. Great flow, easy to clean, unlike most sprayers. Make sure you prep plenty. Cover everything good that you don't want to get your product your spraying on. This thing has a very powerful flow, which is good news! Simple and efficient. The reviews that say it has trouble with it's priming are just not true if you follow the instructions and don't skip steps. There is an option to run it in backwards to unclog, and prime settings clearly marked. Comes with all the assembly and cleaning tools. There are little tags all over the device with reminders on what to do so it works properly, so I'm thinking ego got in the way for folks and they thought they knew what they were doing and just started trying to use it without reading this product labels and instructions. The company does a really good job of explaining everything, and reminding you. There are links online also for product demonstration and a call center for questions. I'd recommend this to a friend. 👍

Really nice little paint sprayer.
This little paint sprayer work great for me! I painted 1000 feet of 3 board horse fence, both sides. I used 55 gallons of Fence Pro black acrylic latex paint (thick) undiluted. The sprayer handled it really well. The reversable tip for unclogging the spray tip is a real timesaver. It's important to read and follow the instructions completely though. My only complaint is that the intake tube is a bit too short to fit into a 10 gallon paint can.

Check for the right nozzle tip for the right paint or stain.
Did a great job but kept plugging up. I might have not had the right nozzle for the stain I was applying.

Simply doesn't work.
Well, I finally took the chance and ordered the sprayer (M1). After setting it up, there is absolutely no suction to get the paint into the sprayer. I have spent over an hour going through all of the possible solutions, none of which worked.Edit: 4 hours later: I finally got the sister working. The ball was stuck and I could not dislodge it, so I filled the space with WD-40 and that did the trick. It finally started spraying paint. In addition to out of the nozzle, it also sprayed in several other places, and yes, I tightened everything that could be tightened. At the end of it, the amount of catharsis I received from throwing the sprayer in the trash can well exceeded any I would have gotten from a refund.I stand by my recommendation of looking elsewhere for a different sprayer.Unfortunately for me, I just opened the box to use it 2 months after I purchased the sprayer, so I'm past any return window. That's on me, and I can accept that. What I can't accept is a sprayer that simply does not spray. So now my best advice is to look elsewhere for a sprayer that works.
