100% Fix on my 2018 F150 2.7 Liter. Saved my truck from sounding like a POS Honda Civic. Don’t forget to order the extra gasket because it doesn’t come with one. Contact your local ford dealership for the part number. It’s on a “bravo” change. Look up the video on YouTube. You’ll find it.

Great replacement for 2.7 F150
Got this for my 2020 2.7 F150 because my old one was twisted when trying to access and replace the oil cooler line to the driver side turbo. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this EGR pipe. It’s best to get all of the bolts in place but not tightened down before you torque them down all the way. Otherwise, it can be difficult to get the holes aligned. While I appreciate the fact that they provide a new gasket for the bottom side, I’m confused as to why they don’t also give you a gasket for the top side. I reused my old gasket and just added some red permatex exhaust gasket silicone and it worked out good. Hopefully you won’t run into the same disaster I did. When trying to loosen the top nuts from the studs in the exhaust cooler, the studs just snapped off. Super disappointing on a truck that’s only 4.5 yrs old. That meant I had to tap out the studs and that was real fun. I would buy this pipe again because the quality was just as good as the OEM one that was made by Ford.
