I’ve had severe back pain ever since my C-section 4 years ago. Some days the pain was so bad it brought me to tears. I’ve tried different pain relief products, but nothing worked as well as this patch. I applied one patch before going to bed, and when I woke up the next morning, I noticed a huge difference. My back felt much better, and I was able to move around with much less discomfort. This patch has been the most effective pain relief product I’ve personally tried. Everyone’s experience may be different, but it has helped me tremendously, and I will definitely be buying it again. Highly recommended!

These pain patches work very well for me. Within a few minutes I felt significant pain relief. I've purchased the rectangle ones as well as the ones for the knee. But they do leave a residue if you keep them on for more than a couple hours. I learned that when I left them on overnight. For me it was worth the inconvenience. I do recommend them.

I would give this product a zero, because it do anything as it described. It didn't stick at all, it just sat in place, I had my son put hospital tape on the four corners and put on a panty girdle to hold it to my back to see if it would create any heat...well well well...guess what? If you guessed that it gave off any heat at all to help relieve my back pain, well you guessed WRONG! No heat at all, not even on the surface with me rubbing it against my back for friction. Nope nothing! It didn't stick and it didn't heat up, and guess what else? If you guessed that I tried to return it for a refund and they took it back and refunded my money, well you guessed WRONG again. So whoever reviewed this product and gave it more than one star...then they are not telling you the truth, or they received a different product.

They are a little difficult to peel, but they stick well, and provide several hours of warmth. Reasonably priced too

Mild tingling/burning effect, similar to capsaicin patches. Do not seem to be effective for deep pain, might work for simple muscle soreness. Does have an odor - more of an herbal smell than chemical. Size is a good fit for neck or shoulders and sticks well. I tried it on my lower back and hip area, but it does not stay on areas that move a lot.
