The image of the Sacred Heart was beautiful. It has been over a year at the cemetery and it looks like new. The base fits well into the ground and the slate image fits into the frame well. Very sturdy and well made. My family really loved it and the writing was very legible and large enough to read. This is a product that will not disappoint!

I must say ,we had two of our pet guinea pigs one past away and the other one had to be put to sleep in the same week,a little less than a year ago,it was devastating,saw this grave marker online,and must say the engraving comes back to you looking exactly like any pictures that you may send in to this company,the employees at this company were a pleasure to contact and speak to in reference to any concerns or questions you may have about these grave markers,and when my family received them,we were stunned by their quality and workmanship.If you have lost a pet,look no where else for a gravemarker !!!

I like it a lot but a piece of my mom's nose and lip is missing other than that I like it

I bought this for my brother and sister-in-law after their son died. They were so touched by his image on the stone, they feel it's too pretty to put outside and keep it displayed in the living room near his photos, mass card and eternal light. The wording was exactly what I'd requested. The item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship and customer service.

The item was much smaller than I thought it would be the picture was not As clear as the order suggested. The item was just OK

I was very disappointed. The picture was really fuzzy and even the writing was dull. I gave it a 3 not a 2 because customer service was good and they were helpful. I was not happy with the first mock up because it was very fuzzy so they let me do a second picture they said it wasn't as fuzzy however it didn't turn out any better so I wished I had went with the first one which was the better picture. Also be aware the mock up is clearer than what you will receive, its not intentional, even the one I received actually looks better in a picture because all the little white specks don't show up.It just looks old like its already been faded out from the weather .

Very disappointed with this item. I purchased two of the same plaques, approved the computer image which looked clear and beautiful. Upon receiving the two plaques the picture is not clear as the marble used was not solid but marble with specs. The picture looks as if the person has dots all over. E-mailed company but they will not refund or re-do the plaques. Not great customer service as this is are memorial plaques.
