Good quality
Good miso paste. It’s the same price as my local Asian supermarket. So nothing saved buying it online, but quality seems fine.

Really Good for Value
EXTREMELY good value considering how much miso can go for in my local shop. My only real gripe is that I find plastic containers easier but with how much better this is value wise it shouldn't stop anyone from buying this at all.

Weak!
I expected a lot after reading the reviews claiming it was salty and like soy sauce. Maybe it's me, but I don't taste much salt or soy sauce. It tastes very nice if you use a lot. This is not the new Marmite.

Quite vinegary tasting but works for non dairy cheese recipes
I got this for non dairy cheese making. It supposedly adds a sharpness to the cheese flavour. It does but its also a bit vinegary. Looking at my recipe book after the miso arrived, I see it should have been the sweet white. However this does still work and my mock cheese is still tasty. Next time I will try the white version.
