Too stiff
I didn’t like the product because it is too stiff to use. It crumbles when I try to use it.

Damaged item
I got this item stuffed in my mailbox on a very hot day. It’s chevalier butter for your hair, it was melted and had spilled into the plastic wrap. Also the top was broken. Because of the spill I was unable to package it to send back. I was told I would get a credit to my account but my account was never credited. Since I didn’t credit I will not reorder!
