ALL of my fish and shrimp arrived alive, healthy, and thriving! They were packaged perfectly with no leaks or damage, shipped quickly, and arrived the next day. The fish and shrimp are beautiful and their colors are vibrant. I’m very impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future

Do not order I ordered 6 mail fancy tail guppies on a Friday. They shipped them right away so the poor fish sat over the weekend & I did not receive them until Tuesday late afternoon. The fish water was very cold at 65 degrees. They sent 7 fish but one had died along the way & another died later that day. 2-of the fish measured 5/8 of an inch long by less than an 8 th inch girth. The colors they sent were not pretty at all & they don’t look anything like the pictures they post. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I ORDER OR RECAMEND THIS COMPANY

it was well packed (tightly in styrofoam) with a heat pack and all were alive. after a week only one has passed but he seemed small and weak :( overall would buy again, they were all very beautiful!

This was my third purchase from this company and I am totally impressed! I live way over in the Northeast, where it was much colder when I first started ordering, but it’s the other side of the country. I tracked my two orders of snails, and then my order of fancy guppies and they each made it in three days. All were in a cooler packed with the weather conditions in mind and came so lively and healthy! This time I had one small concern with the color of three of the fish and I followed the directions and sent a text with pics and order number to the company. They got back to me right away and worked with me to make it right. Sorry about the bad quality pics/tank needs cleaning, but you can see the bright orange and blues.

This is definitely the best place to get fish. I ordered the 6 male guppy bundle. The assortment i received is great. They arrived and immediately thrived when I released them, just dipping and diving, very lively and healthy and ready for some food. I have ordered from so many places, this will definitely be my go to. I ordered March 3 and they arrived in the morning March 6 and no shipping charges which is pretty rare, I have paid a lot for shipping in the past and most of the time it would be several weeks before I would finally get them. This is the best place hands down!!!

The fish came in healthy and alive. They are beautiful fish. We are from Texas so I was a little hesitant to purchase on line but this exceded my expectations. We are very happy with the fish we received.
