I have been using these heating patches for the past few years. They are so comfy and the perfect size. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. After seeing the reviews, I had mixed feelings but I decided to buy anyway. They work really well. I wore it overnight from 11P-10A and it was still semi-warm in the morning. It took a few minutes to heat up but once it did, it got pretty warm almost hot tbh. Very satisfying and easily sticks to clothes. I stuck them to my shorts (on the seam and everything) and it was still in place in the morning. Very good product and highly recommend for cramps!

I love these heat patches!! They are very comfortable to wear! They are a decent size and it fits my abdomen well for where I normally have cramps. It worked so well! It lasted about 8-8.5 hours for me! I think it’s definitely worth it! I will be buying these again!

I love these. They work so well. They do stay warm for the whole night. I love how you can just stick them onto your clothing. They are individually wrapped in a pack of 3. I do wish though that these came in bigger bundles for cheaper cost per unit. They are really soothing. I also have an electronic one that I have to charge, but the electronic one doesn't heat as well as this. I do recommend it to others. I also like how the vendor accepts HSA/FSA for this item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Product box came looking beaten up. Followed directions on packaging and barely warmed. Product is not expired but just didn't do what it said it was going to do. Disappointed in myself for not just running to Target for heating pad. Instead I bought from Amazon and a no name brand. Guess what you can't return this product to Amazon so waste of money.

They are a pretty good size, don't fall off, and help with pain relief for a long period of time, but you can't put them directly on skin, and they kind of bug me when they are on for too long. But they don't smell like anything or leave any residue after taking them off, and they are a cheap solution to period pain.

Used these for years, they last a long time, sometimes even still warm in the morning. Just make sure you check the box when you get them, if any of them feel hard, they're already done. Should feel kinda sandy squishy inside not hard. I had a bad box before and didn't realize it before return window. Now I make sure I always check.
