I ordered two of the 6 piece sets of these glasses, and both arrived very well packaged. No breaks or chips. The hobnail design is pronounced and distinctive. There is a seam on each glass that is barely detectable, you have to search for it, but you cannot feel it at all. The glasses are thick, heavy, and weighted on the bottoms; exactly what I wanted. They will be difficult to drop or break. I am very happy with the quality of these glasses.

Now that I’m older, I’ve found I’ve become clumsy. So I packed away my crystal glasses, the ones I haven’t broken, and bought these glasses. I’m very happy with them. They are weighty and so are substantial. The size is right for the amount I like to fill my glass and the design acts like ribbing so they don’t slip from my grasp. My only knit is they are not stackable and do take more cabinet space than if they were stackable. However, I won’t break them if I have glasses that don’t stack.
