I have used Theraband for many years - and I like the Black level, which has more heft than some of the others. You can wrap it around your wrists to shorten the length, which increases the effort to work with it and also increase the workout. These are very packable because they pack flat, so they are terrific for travel, and take up no space in a suitcase or carry-on bag. Over a long period of time, mine have sometimes snapped from so much use - but the shorter lengths can still be used, and I do. Definitely recommend Theraband to people who like to work out regularly.

Works just as expected, no rips or suprises or anything. I upgraded from the blue one, I really like how Theraband brand has colors so you know which one you should go to next if you are doing your own at home therapy.

Are you a slingshot enthusiast interested in shooting butterfly style? If so, these are the bands for you! Excellent for long band applications with an extremely fast retraction rate. These are the standard when it comes to butterfly. Be aware that they do wear quickly because they are so thin! This is a part of butterfly shooting you can't get out of, however. To determine cut length, find your draw length and divide it by 5 for the best mix between band life and speed. Looking for extreme speed? Divide your draw by 6. I personally like to double band each side for more speed. I also taper the bands from 1.5cm to 1cm for extra speed. Don't taper anything more extreme than a 3:2 ratio, as it is going to seriously cut down band life without a worthwhile increase in speed. Pair the bands with a SuperSure pouch and thin cotton string, and you've got yourself a winning combo. For around 300 FPS with .375" steel, expect about 250 shots a bandset. These can be made to shoot VERY fast, so play around with dimensions to find what you like best! Cut with an Olfa rotary cutter and a good straightedge. If cuts are not extremely straight and cut in one pass, rips will occur and seriously diminish band life.

Exercise bands provide expected resistance. They have worked well for me in my daily workouts. Have been using one band for several months without a problem. Seem to be durable. I highly recommend them.

This is not nearly as strong as my old level 6 bands. I was very disappointed. A problem when buying on line. THe quality is ok but the product does not meet my expectations. It says "Extra Heavy" but it is no stronger than my level 6 and that what I was looking form.

The black is the strongest.
