One bag of this stuff lasted me a while, and since I kept it in a gallon ziplock, it stayed fresh for months! I love that it's already chopped so you can avoid the extra mess. Just toss it straight in the pan with butter. Amazing texture in dubai chocolate bars, strawberry chocolate cups, etc.
