Easy DIY kefir
Taste is very good. Quality is also good. Texture is smooth and thinner, easy to drink. In one sachet, 1 litter kefir can be made. I used A2 Buffalo milk. Use only glass or plastic jar, not metal ones.If you are new to kefir, start with this, culture starter easy and effective to make.

This shipment particularly is a spoilt product.
This shipment particularly contained the product which is spoiled inside. I've bought this many times, all of them were good. But this time the kefir powder all 5 packets were spoilt, causing the milk to turn bitter with foul smell, and causing diarrhea. The expiry date is Dec 2026 only and outside box and packing were all undamaged and intact.

No clear Instructions
In the instructions slip provided in the package, nowhere it is mentioned to use lukewarm milk. Instead cold milk is suggested, which have high failure rate. I made with cold/room temperature milk as suggested , it failed & remained as milk even after 20 hours. Guys Just make it like you make normal curd. Use lukewarm milk, add strains for first time & keep it in warm place. And No need to use one litre strictly, i tried with 100 ml milk & 2-3 pinches of starter culture. For second batch use kefir itself. You can seal well & store the leftover starter culture in fridge.THE TASTE WAS AWESOME & MY STOMACH & GUT WERE HAPPY
