Welch's Drink Mix Water Powder Enhancer Canister, Grape, 80 Ounce

This is good.You don't have any mess if you take low scoops (7/8 of a scoop).I take four of these size scoops, mix with 2 quarts of cold water and leave in the fridge for a day.It doesn't taste like grape juice but it is very satisfying.

It has a sweet flavor with a rich aftertaste...certainly added variety to what I was used to drinking. An unusual and tasty flavor with an almost tart aftertaste. Taste good to me. But when I mixed enough for just a large mug or small glass, it did not dissolve very good. No matter how much or how Long I stirred, 2 or 3 teaspoons always left a half teaspoon of gummy that would not dissolve. Not very good. So I bought a small 2 quart container, put 4 scoops in the dry pitcher, turned on the cold water full blast, and stirred with a large ladle like spoon as it filled...and a little longer...no more gummy. That worked a lot better... :)

Good for the money taste really good.

I had to place several orders because of the limit per order, but I have a good supply now. If you are expecting this to taste like Welch's Grape Juice, you will be greatly disappointed. But if you want something which tastes better than Kool-Aid, this is what you're looking for. One container makes 34 quarts, that's 8 1/2 gallons of delicious purple drink ! With prices of just about everything going up, you can't beat this deal. Depending on where it is shipped from, your chances of the product arriving undamaged may vary. Some of the Amazon fulfillment centers do a better job of packing than others. I only had one container which was dinged up a bit, but I'm using it first. Some others had minor dings, which are not a big deal.

If you are looking for something cheap to flavor your water it's not the worst thing you can buy

No way this is Welch's Grape Juice. Were do I start?1st off the powder is so fine it floats EVERYWHERE and I'm a careful person. What a mess.2nd The taste is Terrible. Taste like those artificially flavored grape Otter pops.3rd I'd rather just drink water.Only positive is I paid $8 for this 5lb Canister that is now in the garbage.

THERE IS NO DOUBT THIS IS GRAPE. In fact, I had to add more water to it, which will make it even more value for my money. I'm putting this up there with Tang. Plenty of flavor. The only thing I did was mix it in a pitcher and threw it in the refrigerator. When you first mix it, it's kinda cloudy. But after chilling for a few minutes, everything finishes dissolving and it is worth the wait.

The flavor is pure and the taste and smell is consistent throughout. I HIGHLY DO RECOMMEND THIS BEVERAGE POWDER. Using it at 1/10th of directed, to make a FINE GRAPE WATER. This is perfection as directed, but I personally suggest using this as a hydration beverage, diluted far more than directed.
