Smooth and Durable so far.
I go through a lot of reels. Im a fishing guide for blue catfish in Oklahoma. I always try one or two of this brand or that brand and see if they hold up or not. I find fault with most reels I use. Im really really hard on my stuff. I cast as far as I can and they ride in my boat floor getting banged up. So far this reel hasn't had any issues and is my favorite to cast. It casts far with 30lb mono. I have been running two of them for 3 months now and bought another two. Me and other guides are running a different Piscfun bait caster for the big 100lb paddlefish. We use 100lb braid on those and catch multiple fish in the 40 to 100lb range every day. So far those reels are holding up great as well. I just don't understand the brand name Piscfun?? Really??? I should take off a star for that. lol

Decent quality but doesnt include written instructions.
It seems to be a good quality reel for the money, Im a beginner so an operation manual or at least a link to one would have been helpful. Now Im forced to find detailed info on line which is a challenge.

The drag clicker is prone to failure
The drag works great for line tension and casting. However, the drag springs for the clicker are very weak and will give out very fast. I had mine for a month (just out of replacement time) and caught maybe 20 fish on it and already had to replace them. Piscifun’s website is also hard to find the specific parts for my reel so I went to a hardware store and made my own springs. I did email the company and after a week they did send me replacement parts free of cost.
