Works as described. One Female 5.5x2.2.5mm plug to receive power and another 5.5x2.5mm female jack to pass power along. I use one NP-F battery to power my camera, field monitor and wireless transmitter via a power junkie (Although there are many NP-F plates on the market). Using a new NP-F970 clone (8800 mAh) I was able to run my rig in constant record/transmit mode for about 1.5 hours. I am sure I can stretch another 1/2 hour to 45 min with some of the newer 10k mAh batteries on the market. This configuration will burn through older/less efficient batteries in less than an hour. Some of my older batteries (> 6 years) didnt last 1/2 hour. Since I never record in full 1 hour spurts, this should probably last 2-3 hours in standard record/pause mode w/good batteries, and longer if I do not wirelessly transmit. These connectors are excellent for those consolidating to an NP-F battery strategy. I have purchased three in total, as I also use one on my gimbal. Advice - understand the wattage draw from each of your devices. These plates usually cannot handle more than 20w consistently with a peak of about 28w. Stringing together too much stuff may cause problems.
