Red velvet cake
Worked well to colour a red velvet cake sponge

Not as hoped
I bought several colours, the red was not ‘Christmas red’ which I used for Valentines cakes and the white colour did nothing at all, the buttercream turned a horrible consistency. Trying another brand 🤞🏻

No good for chocolate
This doesn’t work for chocolate at all. I tried (and wasted) two separate batches of white chocolate and it just solidified. When you look at the ingredients, water is listed before oil so it would never work.
