Homebrewers Outpost-GL518 Beer - 2L Amber Flip Top Palla Growler

I was leery due to many reviews talking about not having full lid parts, but these came promptly with all hardware. A bit dusty from transport, but clean and intact otherwise with all hardware. My freshly brewed mead shall have a very happy home.

This growler was everything I wanted it to be. Quality product!

This product is perfect for the home brewer, and can stand up to the pressure of heat pasteurizing beer, wines, and ciders in order to stop fermentation. This process makes it safe to bottle your brews without worry that your bottles will explode. My only complaint is I thought I was getting a set of two.

I bought a couple of these because I wanted something with a flip top and larger then the typical 750ml wine bottles. However, the ad is a little misconceiving by showing 2 bottles in the picture when you only receive just one per order. The description; however, does say one.

We ordered 2 to place our homemade Mead in. Flip top was missing in one of the packages. This, from the reviews, seems to be a common occurrence. It was too late for us to request a replacement, but something you should keep in mind when purchasing. It is sturdy tho.

Just received this morning and was eager to store homemade vinegar in it. It is missing the flip-top.. Not to be found anywhere in the shipping box.. Please send me the flip-top!
