It fits!
This Rainbow vacuum of mine is almost 30 years old and still runs like a champ. I'm SO delighted I can still find parts for it and this sole platr is a PERFECT FIT! Pictured is the new part next to the broken part along with the vacuum head. While it does look different, this part will fit this SE model. I can't yet speak to it's functionality or cleaning capabilities, but I can say this feels like a quality product and is easy to install with just one hand. The fact I can even buy replacement parts is enough value for me. I've never been more excited to vacuum!!
