This heating pad is comfortable! The material is plush and relaxing. It covers my neck, shoulders and back, and is kept in place all day! The temperature is great. I highly recommend this product!

This heating pad is amazing. I took it out of the box, setup, put it on and turned it on, within a short amount of time (less than a minute) I could already feel the heat. I love how it wraps around the neck and shoulders. It is long so it gets the whole spinal area, neck to low back. Offers several timer settings and heat settings. Can't wait to actually use this for a timed session where I can lay down and thoroughly enjoy the heat. I know my daughter will also be using this as she too suffers from back pain. So convenient that it snaps around the neck and ties around the waist to keep it in place without worrying that it will slip off the area where it is needed the most.

Decent warming and seems durable. Length is perfect and provides comfort and relief. Wish there were more beads to weigh it down.

Love this heating pad! It covers the entire back, shoulders and top of your chest. The electronic controller is easy to operate, with big buttons and a display with font size you can actually read. The material is soft with no off-gassing. It's large enough to cover my entire back, and the heat seems pretty consistent. The waist tie is helpful to keep it in place.

I was diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome last year and looking for ways to relieve the pain. Using heat did help, but my small heating pad was hard to keep in position on my shoulders and neck. I needed an upgrade, and Bob and Brad had the solution. This heating pad has such a nice large surface area to allow the heat to relieve the tension in the muscles. I like the curved neck portion, and this thing gets hot! I felt like my old sunbeam brand heating pad could never get warm enough, but this one I can’t have it on the highest setting. It really cooks! If you are looking for a high quality heating pad I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this one. If and when it gives out, I’ll buy another immediately.

I've been using the Bob & Brad Heating Pad for a few weeks now for overworked/strained shoulder and back muscles from remodeling work, as well as for exercise prep and recovery. The large pad provides great coverage, conforms well, and heats up quickly. The controls for adjusting the length of time and temperature, the easy to read digital display, and the ability to be disconnected from the pad are great features. It stays in place, allowing you to get up and move around without removing should the need arise. The pad is not limited to wearing draped over your shoulders as is mainly designed and can easily be used for areas like legs and hips. I've found it well designed and has been working great at relieving sore muscles. It is well designed and seems durable, like other Bob and Brad products I've used. I appreciate the 2 year warranty, knowing the company backs their products and expect it will last for a long time.

So good that my dad walked off with it. I really enjoyed this while I had it. Is really great for shoulders, I was using it for my back. My dad is now using it for his back and shoulders. Very safe and reliable to use with its timer. Heats up fast. There is no battery, but it works well on my portable battery banks when traveling. Very adjustable but best for around shoulders and neck and upper back.

Do you know how wonderful it is when your back aches and you sit with your back to a warm fireplace? Well this is what Bob and Brad Theraheat Heating Pad feels like. It heats up quickly and gives a nice warmth up and down her spine and neck. It easily controls both heat intensity and time. Like the percussion massager I have from Bob and Brad, the product is well made. The heating controller is intuitive and the exterior wires are heavy gauge. Also, the controller stays cool. The material is like a soft fluffy bathrobe and is very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a nice wearable heating pad. The pad itself fits well and is very comfortable to wear. The material is soft and seems to be of good quality. The controller is nice and large with easy to use buttons and a long power cable. I like that it comes with multiple power settings, unlike much cheaper heated blankets. It even heats up quickly and provides a nice consistent even heat. Overall, I'm really happy with it and look forward to using it on my couch for movie nights or on my balcony for reading in the fall.

The product was well packaged but at the same time was the minimum possible size saving on packaging material. Nice quality heating pad made from a plush soft material. The controller can be easily detached from the plug for easier storage or cleaning. There are 6 heat settings and 4 different timer settings. The controller screen is blue in colour and is easy to read. The pad has snaps for the neck to hold it in place along with a tie wrap for around your waist. Pay attention to the length measurement as on a taller person it will reach about half way down the back. Once turned on, the heat can be felt very quickly. I was able to feel a nice warmth around my neck, on my shoulders and as far down my back as it reached.

This is exactly what I needed. I can settle back and feel the warmth radiating from my neck down my back. It stays in place which is what I wanted. I only gave 4 stars because I have difficulty putting it on properly since I have an arm injury.

This is an awesome heating pad for anyone who has back and/or neck issues and wants good heat to relax muscle pain. The plush fabrication is cozy; does not crush down either after use. It is longer than most heating pads of this style. If you are approximately 6’ tall 190 lbs it will still give you good coverage up to your butt crack when sitting. When standing it is a bit shorter. For average height people it covers very well. You can automatically set the heat & the time of duration. Decent price for this is a quality item and hope it to last for years. All in all a great purpose.
