What I wanted.

This handheld milk frother is a solid option overall and does a good job for everyday use. It produces foam fairly quickly and works well for lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee drinks. While it isn’t quite as powerful as some other frothers I’ve used in the past, it still gets the job done with a little extra time. One thing to note is that you do have to hold the power button down continuously while using it. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be more convenient if it had a one-touch or locking button so you didn’t have to keep pressure on it the whole time. The frother is lightweight, easy to handle, and simple to clean, which I appreciate. It feels decent in quality and works consistently once you get the hang of it. For the price, it offers good value and is perfectly fine for daily home coffee drinks. Overall, this is a good frother with a couple of small inconveniences. I’m giving it four stars because it performs well enough for regular use.

I ordered this frother to mix my loaded teas at work and it is great! It makes mixing my drink every morning so much easier!! Four stars because I would have liked the option to choose my own color rather than a random color be sent.

I do love this frother - it works great for mixing my powdered drinks! But I wish I'd bought one with a little holder so that I could hang it conveniently rather than tossing it in a drawer. But that wasn't the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I chose 4 stars because I find the button very stiff and difficult to keep pressed down while mixing. It's located at the very top of the handle and you have to hold the handle like a joy stick and use your thumb to depress the button at the top. I am sure there is a convenience factor of it automatically turning off when you lift your thumb but if I were to design something like this, the button would be under my forefinger on the handle and not at the top. All in all, it was worth the purchase but if/when I replace it, I'll look for a different design and purchase one with a stand.

For us, this thing made a huge mess. It just spins too fast for mixing (unless you have your glass less than half full) and the stalk is about an inch or two shorter than I need it. We put a dummy AA cell in place of one of the two batteries to tame the RPM (e.g. run it off a single AA cell) It works OK for mixing except that the shaft is about an inch or two too short for us, and it is impossible to store--without making a mess. So, it is functional and reliable as it is, but the design is not great (this design is very common though, so maybe it'll get an update and they'll all improve?--likely no.) Also, since the stalk does not detach, if it gets caught in long/fine hair--that can be an issue--not super safe for children to use.
