I purchased this graphics card for my first build, and I and my son assembled all the other components—everything was new except for the video card. Since this card wasn't available new, I decided to buy a used one. It arrived in a regular box, packed in a bag. However, when I plugged it in and booted the computer for the first time, there was no display. I followed a few tips I found online, such as moving the RAM, checking connections, and ensuring the cables were securely connected to the video card. Unfortunately, none of these solutions worked. Eventually, I suspected the card itself might be the issue. I ended up purchasing a brand-new, slightly different graphics card, and it worked perfectly—booting the computer without any problems. So, the issue was definitely with the used card. Just be aware when buying used items, as it’s unclear if they’ve been properly tested. My experience shows that used video cards, in particular, may not always be reliable.

Couldn't get it work at first, arrange to send it back for refund. Then got it working, so I kept it. I'm glad I did! Works great!
