Works great, its long lasting during a workout and it dries quickly, only downside is the lid to the bottle, as it can get blocked easy and you need a pin to unblock it

Perfect for the gym if you don’t like wearing gloves, I flip between both. I mainly use the liquid chalk for deadlifts. Awesome grip and lasts for a few sets might need to reapply in between sets if you sweat
