This is a top quality product that I have used frequently. Please read the instructions carefully. A few things to mention; the normal ratio of 1lt of product to 4lt of water makes 5ltrs. This is great for smooth flat non absorbent or vertical surfaces (Fence panels) For flat paving slabs,, concrete, stone, plain or decorative /brick weave/composite surfaces; I would recommend 1lt product to 3lts water, with two sprays about 2 weeks apart Make sure that all surfaces are dry & it is vital that the surface remains rain free for a minimum of 6 hours after treating. BUT, do not treat with a surface temperature below 8c or above 20c. Use the opened "undiluted product" promptly as it will not keep in the long term The instructions are clear and understandable on the label The instructions say to drench surfaces, I have only sprayed from a 5lt "hand pumped sprayer & to successfully "drench" such as brick weave & semi porous horizontal surfaces please work on a coverage of about 25/28 square meters per 5lt of sprayed mixture Don't be tempted after spraying (including a second spray) to pressure wash thinking the product is not working, WAIT ! This is a slow acting long lasting treatment - natural wind and rain is enough help (the manufacturer does say that a soft brushing after a while or at most a normal rinsing from a hose nozzle after a period of time is ok, but I have not done that!) Because once opened the undiluted product looses effectiveness as the label says I think the buying in 5lt flasks is best to save on waste. This product does not contain bleach. Do take sensible precautions when spraying, gloves & a face mask as with any sprayed product

I use on drive and patio. Works well but not permanent and have to use twice anually.

I've been very ill, in and out of hospital and what have you, which has had a very bad effect on my MS. This means that things have overgrown and been neglected at the back of the house for nearly 2 years. There was an impressive thick, green carpet of moss, beloved by all God's creatures, except for me. I shifted everything over to one side of the yarden and used this on the other. It offed the lot and I just finished off brushing up the dead moss yesterday, so I'm waiting for some consistent dry weather to do the other side. Brilliant product! Would heartily recommend. Had better Algea remover and cheaper put on slabs at the back and front of the house not really removed the Algea. Also container damaged but can be used not worth the hassle of returning. Would buy an alternative concentrate next time.

Poured it onto the flags in a watering can and the algae had visibly cleared in 24hrs. Looked even better in 48hrs. A little goes a long way too

This product, although pricey, actually works. I treated my tarmac driveway which had mossy areas all over it, after 3 dry days as recommended in the instructions. I used a fine rosed watering can to apply it. To my dismay it rained heavily the next day and I assumed the product would be washed off and ineffective . How wrong I was! A week later the moss was visible dying and a fortnight later I brushed off the remains with a stiff brush. My driveway hasn’t looked so good in years. The winter will tell whether the product prevents regrowth but two months on there is no sign of moss. I recommend this product.

This moss killer is excellent, you can see the moss changing colour a day after application. Within a week the moss has been killed off. It’s easy to use, mix with water and apply with a sprayer. Although it is quite expensive it’s good value for money. Buy two 5 litre containers and you get a discount.
