VERY USEFUL PRODUCT
I needed to keep my GH4 camera on for long periods of time, to be able to stream and Zoom. This product allows me to do that at a very reasonable price. It takes seconds to fit and saves me a fortune in batteries. Like all devices that rely on cabling, care is needed not to stress the cables. If this is done I look forward to using it for a long time. The item seems to be fit for purpose and I will probably buy a backup for the day when I get it wrong. I didn't check what Panasonic wanted for the factory unit but I'll bet it was a lot more than this one.

Works as expected
Works well but due to the design of the GH-5 battery door, it's not possible to close it with the cable coming out - this however is not a huge issue - just be aware if you are tripod mounting you may have to adjust the baseplate so that the GH5 battery door doesn't conflict.

UK mains plug not certified, contained fake fuse of too high value.
The c7 (figure 8) mains leads supplied with these adapters are not safe for the UK. They have no UK safety certificates, and contain a fake 13amp fuse, which does not contain quartz sand to absorb the energy of a fuse blow. The 2 core mains wire is also uncertified and therefore failed PAT testing today.
