MANY PROBLEMS!The holes on this item are too large which essential turns the head into a cheese grader for your private parts and when its not shredding your skin, because of all the holes, there is very low water pressure which causes obvious build up in the holes and worse build up you can't see which is an obvious breeding ground for germs on an item that needs to be clean!Also when attempting to exchange the item THEY ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN WHEN STATED THAT IT WAS USED!DO NOT TRUST!

Wished it could be a little wider, but good product.
I enjoy a good cleaning inside every now and then. This enema delivers a large amount of water without injury to the colon. Quality made, just wished it was a little wider since I’m very experienced with enemas. Good for a beginner.

Be close to the toilet
I wouldn’t say “easy to use” but if you’ve come to this point in life, it’s doable. I would suggest a couple things.1. Avoid hot water and use low pressure. The high pressure could cause nausea.2. Let this be the last thing you do in the shower… I could explain more but TMI - also, be prepared, just in case, you may not make it out of the shower without an accident. So I suggest taking this type of shower alone. It works !!Just Go slow and breathe.

Functioning issue
The product it self looks great but it does not function like the video. I was VERY eager to test it out and hooked it to my sink and was very disappointed. Maybe it needs less holes or high water pressure, I will try that when I get home but from what just witnessed the product isn't functioning right.Hope this helps.

3asy setup
This product is so easy to attach and does a great job for a quick clean out. If your looking for a deeper cleaning this is not the product for that. It does feel good on the prostrate. I would definitely recommend this for a quick cleaning
