Used for the first time today and it gave me excellent results, better than with a standard straightener! I purchased a very expensive model similar to this and used it for 10+ years until it finally died. This product is well worth the cost. Hopefully I'll get half as many years worth of use. Easy and quick to use on my mid-length thick hair.

Best one I have ever used takes a little bit to get the hang of it because it’s slower but one pass and done for super curly kinky hair would recommend to everyone 100%

I don't know... it works with steam as described but it is bulky and heavier than your usual flat iron. I saw no difference with softness or effectiveness for straightening. I was using for a silk press on a young teenager with naturally curly hair.

I have 4c hair and I normally don’t do heat I just finger coil or twists but I wanted to try something different. I recommend blow drying it first filling up the water canister and make sure the hair is on the steam marked side. My hair was shiny and smooth with just one pass definitely recommend!!

I didn't know this kind of iron existed, I missed out all these years! My hair is very fine and very frizzy when it's only humid. This iron is a miracle! I set it to the lowest temperature (for my fine hair type) and even with raindrops, over several days, not a single frizzie! I really like the little comb on the side. Read the instructions regarding the direction of iron use. I am more than satisfied and truly amazed by the result! Yes, it's bulky, but in my opinion, it's worth it! WONDERFUL!!!!!!!

JE L’ADORE.Je ne suis pas une experte en fer à lisser, mais je cherchais un exemplaire du L’Oréal professionnel qui coûte 400 $ et plus Donc pour ma part, je suis très satisfaite pour le prix, et pour le budget que j’avais à mettre dans un fer d’abord trouver celui-ci qui marche comme un gant !

Saying I am impressed with this hair straightener is putting it mildly. Yes it's a bit clunky and weights a bit more than most but I have never used a hair straightener that works as incredibly as this one! And I only buy the higher line professional ones. One run and whatever kink or frizz there was is completely gone and my hair is silly smooth and shiny. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!
