So you just signed up to make an Indian recipe that calls for fenugreek? What the hell is that? I had the same reaction and it wasn't until I had received this spice that I knew that this is one of the most important aromatics for Indian curries. The smell is intoxicating and once added to a dish it takes on a very distinct sweetness and aroma that immediately transports you to your favorite Indian kitchen. The quality of this product was very high and based on the aroma alone I'm convinced that what is being shipped is very, very fresh. If you're just starting out with Indian cooking then this is one ingredient that you have to have in your cupboard!

Good flavor, generous amount of product
Big resealable bag, nicely sized pieces of leaf, smells fresh (well, as fresh as a dried herb can). Perfect enhancement to butter chicken, and I’m looking forward to adding to other South Asian dishes. Arrived in a flash, too!
