Issues with memory foam. Amazing customer service
Bought despite there being no reviews. Had issues with the memory foam -the 'memory foam' stayed hard as a rock not expanding to 2 inches,the bottom layer foam is 4 inches as advertised. I have reached out to the product support website listed on the Amazon page and will update should there be any improvement. Update: I reached out to the company who told me to reach out to amazon support. Almost immediately the seller reached out to me to work out a solution, answering every message I sent quickly. Absolutely fantastic customer support.

love it! easy to set up and take down.I live in a small apartment and I bought this to have extra bed in case Iโve guest coming over. And itโs every comfortable, durable and well worth the money. Folds up very easy and occupies very small space.

Comfortable and versatile
I will be purchasing another one! I absolutely love this thing. I searched and searched and landed on this item because the shape is consistent. All of the other convertible style seats look misshapen when in actual use. This thing is pretty firm, yet comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I put it in my children's playpen to create a hangout area for the littles while I'm homeschooling my older children. Our playpen is 71" x 79". At night, we unfold it and often fall asleep on it! My four kids and I fit with extra room for my husband. I almost got the 6" one out of concern that 4" inches would not feel supportive. I am no longer worried! I weigh over 200 lbs and it barely gives. It totally feels like (and is!) a comfortable mattress. We use it daily. I highly recommend.
