This cordless period heating pad is fantastic, has 3 heating settings,also Vibration mode, has Adjustable strap, the inside of the pad is Cushioned, so no matter if it's on the stomach or the bottom of your back, it's comfortable. I've brought 3 now, 2 for my daughter's who both suffer greatly with there monthly pain, and cramps. Both of them have said how much this help. They love it. I also got one for myself, I've had a full Hysterectomy but I still have endometriosis i have chronic pain bowel and kidney issues. I find this really helpful when I'm having Certain flareups. The heat really helps. I would highly recommend this product. Its really easy to charge. Takes 3 hrs to fully charge light girs red when it's running low and green fully charged. and than its lasts days. Its brilliant. Not only is it fantasticly priced. But comes with all you need. Also in a few pretty colours too, all in all this is a must have product for any cramps or pains. I will be buying this as a gift for my friend also. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

So I ordered my item yesterday after suffering with terrible period pains and chronic back ache. Was disappointed that I had to charge it straight out of the box took about 2 hrs. Heat is good u have 3 heat options and it’s hot but not uncomfortable hot. I suffer with chronic back pain so I’ve used it for this the vibration options are good 3 diff ones but I feel if you use heat and vibration battery will run out quicker. I would say I’ve had 4 hrs out of it before need charging again that’s on the highest heat tho. Going to try it today on the middle heat option. Gives me the same comfort as using a hot water bottle the strap is easy and plenty of room if your a bigger person than me(I’m a size 12). It’s elastic too so should be give for all sizes Over all I’m very pleased with this heat pack. I normally use deep heat for my back and apply it up to 8 times a day but haven’t used any of it due to having this heat pad. Can’t comment on period pain but it’s great for my back Give it a go u won’t be dissapojnted

Love this product, from someone who deals with bad period cramps and bad ibs cramps it’s amazing. First one did not charge properly but their contact support was amazing and sent me a new one that now charges properly and they fixed the issue extremely quickly! Recommend to buy! The heat is lovely and super warm! It helps with pain relief and helps with no having the extra weight of a hot water bottle! The timer works great! Definitely worth the value of money, it’s a great product!!!

Pros: it’s lightweight, secure, discrete, esthetically pleasing, easy to use and constant heat at good level on highest setting. Easier and lighter with less faff than hot water bottle which is great given I have multiple chronic illnesses. Cons: won’t be using massage setting as is so noisy it’s annoying and doesn’t do a great deal in terms of help. Definitely not tens like but I guess makes sense given you don’t have sticky pads etc. heat function I need to use highest setting which is great except it barely lasts 2 hours before it runs out of battery by which point it then needs 3+ hours to charge. This spoils what could be such a handy addition to toolkit as can only really use it once/twice a day with charging taking up most of time. Conclusion: good to have bought it for use of constant heat in handy lightweight discrete way hands and cable free but disappointed in battery life reducing practical ability to use as part of chronic illness toolkit.

I cannot recommend this enough. I have chronic health problems and need to keep my groin area warm, and this little device has honestly been a lifesaver for me. I take it with me everywhere, even when I travel around the world. The battery lasts a very long time, and the device is compact and easy to carry. I have been using it for two years now, and it still goes everywhere with me. Buying this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After a few months it has stopped charging correctly. Not reliable so couldn’t recommend. Reduced rating. I use this for cramps. Though it’s great for travel I don’t think it’s as effective as a hot water bottle due to the smaller surface area and the highest heat setting draining the battery quickly. The vibration setting also always comes on by accident in my bag which can be annoying. I fear it may stop working soon due to charging issues. But overall it’s an ok product, good idea.

I brought for my wife for when she is with the period and was the present I give to her. She don't like the vibration but the heat help her a lot with the pain. Not heavy and easy for to put on.

Ive been using this for a year now and it’s one of my favourite purchases that I wish Id gotten sooner. It really helps my period pain and is so easy to wear, i wear it at work and it’s not noticeable under my clothing at all. Total freedom of movement not having to clutch a hottie and carry it about. I even use it if I'm just feeling a bit cold.
